🚲🏖 E-Bike & Beach Gear Use Agreement
Before using any E-bikes or beach gear, all guests must read and agree to the following:

🛡 1. Insurance Responsibility
Guests are responsible for carrying their own travel, health, and dental insurance to cover any accident, injury, or third-party liability that may occur while using E-bikes or beach gear.
❌ No insurance coverage is provided by the owner or manager for personal injury, damage, loss, or theft of equipment.

⚠️ 2. Assumption of Risk & Proper Use
Guests understand that using E-bikes and beach equipment involves inherent risks and voluntarily assume all such risks.
🛣 Roads may be uneven or poorly maintained, and hazardous conditions may exist.
Guests agree to operate all equipment safely and responsibly, including:
• 🪖 Wearing a helmet at all times while riding an E-bike
• 🚦 Knowing and following all local traffic laws
• 🚴 Having experience operating similar bicycles
• 🌦 Adjusting use based on road and weather conditions

📜 3. Release of Liability
Guests, on behalf of themselves and anyone they are legally responsible for, agree to release and hold harmless the property owner(s) and manager from any liability, injury, loss, or damage related to the use of E-bikes or beach gear.
🧰 Guests understand that helmets and equipment are not regularly inspected, and no warranties are made regarding their condition or effectiveness. All risks related to equipment use are assumed by the guest.
👶 If any rider is under 18 years old, the guest confirms they are the parent or legal guardian and gives full consent on the minor’s behalf.

🚫 4. Bike Use Rules (Very Important)
🚲 E-bikes are for ROAD USE ONLY
🏖 E-bikes are NOT permitted on North Topsail Beach and may result in city fines.
💲 Any evidence of bike use on the beach will result in a $200 fine charged by the owner.
