Come enjoy this private, unique, and tastefully renovated pioneer log cabin in the heart of Toquerville! Close to amenities and a short 30 minute drive from Zion & St George. 5 mins to La Verkin & 10 mins to Hurricane. Updated in 2022 with a 3-head heating and cooling system to keep you cool in the Summer and cozy in the Winter, new windows, Starlink Wifi, soft water, Keurig coffee, a 40" flat screen TV, memory foam mattresses, and everything you will need to have your most memorable vacay yet!

Enjoy this beautifully landscaped and peaceful property all to yourself!

Inside the cabin you will feel like you took a step back in time, but still have all the modern day comforts that are necessary for a comfy and cozy stay. We worked very hard to maintain the antique aesthetic of this unique cabin. A lot of the modifications that we've made to modernize the space are hidden away, out of sight. We've added insulation to the ceilings hidden underneath shiplap for better temperature regulation, a heating and cooling system with all hoses trenched underground to an off-site condenser, as well as a water softener and electric tankless water heater all tucked away so that they are not an eyesore. The updated windows ensure an air tight seal on the home, while matching the old time look and feel. The dining table is custom made out of a large Black Claro Walnut slab with black epoxy river pour, handmade in Santa Cruz, CA.

The bedding is all brand new with memory foam hybrid mattresses on both beds. Enjoy your favorite movies from bed while you're in the upstairs suite with our 40" flatscreen smart TV. If you're looking to get some work done will you're on vacation, you'll love our blazing fast Starlink Wifi that has recently been added to the cabin.

The kitchenette includes the bare essentials you'll need during your stay with a mini fridge, microwave, dishes, silverware, a Keurig coffee machine stocked with pods, a hot plate, pots, pans and more.

Within walking distance to Toquerville City Park, and just a short drive to endless outdoor adventures.

Guest access
Parking is restricted to the gravel area on the left side of the property only. On-street parking is not permitted.

Guests will have full access to the property and cabin, and storage is available in the detached shed upon request. If you need to store any bicycles, sporting equipment, or other items in the shed, please let us know before your arrival and we will provide you with the code to the lock.

***No bicycles or other outdoor sporting equipment is allowed inside the cabin.***

NO SMOKING anywhere on property. Smoking will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
