Minimalist, fully furnished 1BR apartment on the 15th floor with spectacular sea views. Ideal for couples or families with one child under 5. Perfectly located beside the Back beach (Thuỳ Vân beach).

A neighboring building next to CSJ Tower is currently under construction. While construction normally operates within permitted working hours, unexpected noise may occasionally occur, including in the evening.

Closing doors and windows may help reduce outside noise; however, complete soundproofing cannot be guaranteed.
