* The house can accommodate up to 14 people;

- Suite 1 - 1 double bed, 1 trundle bed and 2 mattresses on the floor (1 double and 4 single);
- Bedroom 2 - 1 double bed (1 couple);
- Suite 3 - 1 trundle bed (2 single beds);
- Suite 4 - 2 bunk beds (4 single beds).
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house:
* Electricity and water paid at R$75.00 per day;
* We have security cameras on the exterior of the house;
* Daily rates for housekeeping are R$220.00 per day. Mandatory payment deposited in the owner's account up to 24 hours before check-in;
* Our employee offers a grocery service one day before your arrival for R$100.00 (deal directly with her);
* Check-in 10 a.m. and check-out 2 p.m. (if the employee is hired on the first and last day) hourly rate to change any schedule, otherwise check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out by noon
* Small pets are allowed. Please mention this in the inquiry, as there is a fee of R$100.00;

* We are on social media as an experience in Búzios, and this house is number 22 in the highlights;

During the high season in Búzios, it is common to have interruptions in the water and power supply. In such cases, we may hire a water tank, and the cost will be passed on to the guest, except when the situation is the responsibility of the property. We also inform you that we do not have a power generator; therefore, in case of lack of light due to problems with the supply of Enel, we will not be able to offer an immediate solution.

1- Bed and bath linens changed every 7 days or when requested before, a laundry fee will be charged;
* Extra fee of R$20.00 per item for stained towels.
2- Do not throw toilet paper, dental floss and absorbents in the toilets;
3- Do not smoke inside the house;
4- Water and electricity R$75.00 per day;

6- Check-in at 10 am and check-out by 2 pm; (when the employee is hired on the first day);

17- The sauna and ice machine have an operating mechanism that will be explained at check-in. Ideally, only one person should be responsible for turning them on and off, as maintenance is very expensive;
18- Use a drain on the kitchen counter to prevent clogging
19- Close the house at 5 pm to avoid attacking mosquitoes.
20- We have a housekeeping employee available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and hiring her is mandatory for the rental; the fee is R$220.00 per day.
21- Do not climb on the table of fut altinha.
22- Observe the brewery's recommendations for use attached to the door.
23- Beers consumed must be paid by pix, key and values pasted at the door.
