The space
This Oceanview condotel sits right in the center of everything Daytona Beach has to offer as it touches the iconic Daytona Beach arch and is located on the beach. Take a dip in our new beachfront pool on the no drive side of the beach.

The condotel just underwent a multi-million dollar facelift; the pool, pool deck, and seawall have been complete redone and completed in 2024. Pool and beach access is OPEN!

Plenty of room to cook and eat with an oversized mini fridge and freezer, microwave, ninja air fryer grill, toaster, two top flat burner, coffee makers (traditional and single cup Keurig), and fully stocked with dishes.

The Pier Restaurant is very convenient and has many selections as well as a breakfast buffet. Pizza 🍕 ice cream🍦shops all steps away.

Our unit is clean, sanitized and right on the beach 🏖️ and close to all Daytona Beach has to offer for a great price!

The unit is a privately owned condo with a kitchenette, and bathroom. Permit parking included for one vehicle. Beachfront pool and beach access. Laundry, ice machine, and vending machine access.

Other things to note
Summer time, weekend and holiday fireworks from the pier and free concerts at the bandshell.

Long term off season rates available September through February.
