Walk to shops, restaurants, night life, and everywhere you want to be! Private space with own entrance—no shared areas. Double soundproof walls; please be noise conscious. You may see me or other guests only in passing outside.

The space
The rest of the house may be occupied by other guests or the owner, but your space is completely private in the back RIGHT corner of the property.

Your suite features a comfortable king bed, vanity, and full private bathroom with all linens provided. Amenities include a spacious refrigerator (much larger than a mini-fridge), basic dishes, a microwave, a Keurig for coffee, and an electric water boiler for tea.

COOKING INSIDE IS NOT ALLOWED, but you’re welcome to ask about using the grill or the covered carport outdoor kitchen area.

***There is a closet in your room for your use. At the back of the closet, you may notice a second door with a curtain covering it. Most guests wouldn’t even notice it if I didn’t mention it. This door connects to the front of the house, but it is not used and is deadbolted from both sides for everyone’s security. Because that door leads to another bedroom, please be mindful of noise when using the closet during quiet hours and keep the closet door closed tightly when not in use to help with soundproofing.

You can rest assured that your space is completely safe, private, and comfortable.

Guest access
You’ll have access to the driveway on the RIGHT side of the house and a private suite in a back RIGHT corner of the house, complete with your own entrance. There are no shared indoor spaces. Your area is fully private.

The carport and everything in it are off limits unless otherwise approved. If you’d like to use the grill or outdoor kitchen area, just let me know in advance.

Other things to note
Please note that while other guests or the owner may be staying in different parts of the house, your suite is COMPLETELY private with NO SHARED SPACES. The property was designed with double soundproof walls to maximize privacy, but noise can still carry at times. Out of respect for everyone, please avoid loud talking, music, slamming doors, or heavy footsteps, especially before 9am and after 9pm.

Dogs and children can sometimes create noise or mess. While I understand both can be energetic, it’s important that any excessive or constant noise is managed. Parents and dog owners are responsible for correcting it if it becomes disruptive. If you don’t think that will be possible during your stay, this property is not a good fit.
