Welcome to The 20th Avenue Beach House — Sandcastle, a classic North Wildwood shore retreat just steps from the sand.

Wake up to ocean breezes and enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony overlooking the street, boardwalk, and beach. In the evening, relax on the patio while the day winds down after sun, boardwalk rides, and ice cream runs.

This is the Wildwood experience the way it’s meant to be — cozy, simple, walkable, and full of memories.

This second-floor apartment has classic shore house charm. It’s cozy and designed for guests who love spend their days at the beach and boardwalk.

The kitchen is compact but functional — perfect for quick and simple meals before heading out for the day.

Guests have full private access to the entire Unit B apartment, including:

• Private balcony
• Rear patio space
• Outdoor Grilling & eating area
• Shared outdoor shower
• Shared fenced backyard

The apartment is located on the second floor.

Other things to note
This is a classic, older beach house — cozy and charming, not modern luxury.

- Peak summer rentals are weekly (Saturday–Saturday).

- Window A/C units are provided.

- No washer/dryer on site (plenty of nearby Laundromats)

- Guests must bring their own linens and towels unless otherwise arranged. Bedding and Linen are optional (bedsheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels) The bedding and Linen fees applies ($125)

-We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 and we do not rent to senior week, prom, or school groups, families only.

-No smoking/vaping inside the home or on the premises. ($500 penalty for smoking on the premises)

- No Parties

- Pets: our apartment is pet friendly. if you would like to bring your pet, please let us know first. (Pet fees $199 per stay)

- No extra guests (max 6 guests) allowed without previous permission from host

- Quiet Hours 10pm till 8 am: strictly applied for your own comfort and the comfort of the guests and neighbors.
