The space
Enjoy everything Chautauqua Institution has to offer at the recently renovated 20 Park!

Our cottage is located in a peaceful area of the historic Chautauqua Institution directly across the street from a natural, wooded area. Take a walk over the elevated bridge crossing a peaceful stream and enjoy a stroll through the majestic oaks and pines. Or use the 2 included adult bikes to make your way through this well-preserved historic district and enjoy varied architectural styles dating back to the 1800's.

We have a comfortable patio area on both the first and the second floor where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or an outdoor meal.

The house is ideally set up for group getaways with separate living areas on first and second floors connected by an interior stairway. Downstairs features a full kitchen with dining area and everything you need to cook a great meal. There's a spacious bedroom with king bed facing the trees, another bedroom with queen bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably sleep up to 6. We have a full bath with shower on this level as well as a powder room off the living room and a brand-new laundry area.

The second floor is a studio with tons of natural light complete with king bed, sitting area, full bath with shower, a compact kitchen with fridge and oven and another laundry area.
