Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beachfront condo! Book your next weekly or monthly getaway for some relaxation in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach! This is a gorgeous oceanfront 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo (with bonus bunk area) & is a guest favorite (Ocean Cove).

Great for two, a few, or a family; a fully equipped kitchen, quiet work space, private patio facing the beach, unobstructed views, common pool, and a stunning view of the ocean.

The space
Just redecorated and updated! The main level bedroom has a king bed, a 50 inch TV, a full bath right outside the room, a quiet nook with a desk and working space is in the master bedroom.

The upstairs open loft has a queen bed with a full bathroom and a TV and views of the ocean!

Twin bunks are located right outside of the main floor bedroom and are intended for children 12 and younger.

This unit comes with three smart TVs, high-speed Internet, YouTube TV (for additional channels in the main living space) in-unit washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, a cute coffee bar, plenty of space for groceries, a patio overlooking the beach, common area, pool, a ground level private beach closet for your use, and a stunning view of the ocean right outside the front door.

Condo is stocked with starter toilet paper in each bathroom, starter paper towel roll, a few pods for washer /dryer as well as dishwasher and starter garbage bags (bring additional items for your longer stays). Kitchen has hand and dish soap and bathrooms include hand soap.
* please bring your own bath gel/body soap/shampoo & conditioner.

* plenty of pillows and blankets. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are the responsibility of the renter. Owner collaborates with a linen service and she is happy offer a quote for your needs - linen company will drop these items off for you for a fee (bed sheets, bath towels, bath mats beach towels) contact Chrissy for a quote !

Our condo is just a few steps away from mini golf, newly renovated community park, playground, splash pad, basketball courts, museum, restaurants, coffee shops, wine bar and more! Weekly concerts and activities take place in the park during peak season.

This is a walk up only (approx. 32 steps), no elevator. Host is happy to accommodate your every need!

Guest access
Guests have access to the common area community pool (open all season but heated only by the NC sun) which is just a few steps away from the condo. Enjoy the views from your private balcony which overlooks the gorgeous ocean and the Ocean Isle Pier. A community barbecue space just a few steps away allows guests to enjoy this amenity (no grilling on private deck please). Feel free to use our private/locked beach closet located on the ground level just under your unit to store beach chairs, umbrellas more! Plenty of parking on the Complex, note - Golf carts are not allowed to be parked in the Ocean Cove parking lot.

Other things to note
Absolutely no pets allowed, no parties allowed, and no smoking allowed in the unit, on the balcony or in the pool area. There is a designated smoking area at ground level.
