Other things to note
Garbage removal day is Tuesday. Please use different bins for recycle and other garbage, and roll out the garbage bins 6ft apart on a curb on Monday night. Please place the bins back once the trash was collected.

One time $45 pet fee p/pet; gets requested upon booking.

Absolutely no smoking, vaping inside apartment or anywhere on a property.
