Lowcountry Living 4 miles from Downtown Charleston! One Free Parking Space. Complimentary Early Luggage Drop Off Locker Available by Request! It is located on a busy road with restaurants w/in walking distance. Cafe Roca, Home Team BBQ and Charleston Beer Garden. Room darkening shades to help you rest well and sleep in. Located on a very busy road. There is a sound machine in the studio if you are a light sleeper or road noise disturbs your sleep you may want to pass us by.

The space
True To Photos! Well appointed space w/open concept. Walk in shower! Room darkening shades so you can sleep in on your vacation! It is located in West Ashley and is just a short drive to all of the many beautiful areas of Charleston! And specifically 4 miles to Downtown Charleston! There are many restaurants within walking distance. Avondale area is just a couple of minutes away by car and has an array of restaurants and a few little shops for retail therapy. We have a detailed guidebook in the studio as well. It is 360 sq. ft. and private. Our amazing private studios are located in the rear entrances of our commercial building. It is not located in a neighborhood.
Destinations: 12.4 miles or a 25-30 drive to Folly Beach , 7 minutes to the North Charleston Coliseum, 15 minutes from the airport, 12.7 miles or 15 minutes to Mt. Pleasant.
Note: This property is in a commercial building. The studios are privately nestled in the back of our small businesses and have their own private entrances. This studio is ADA compliant.

There is a Reserved VIP FREE Parking Space for this studio. This studio is also ADA compliant. The Reserved parkign space is striped for ADA compliance as required by Charleston County. It is OK to park in this space. Private entrance with keyless entry for seamless check-in. There is a concrete parking landing that is reserved for this studio. PLEASE SEE THE PHOTO There are signs located on the small shed.

Other things to note
This property is located on a very well known busy street in West Ashley that leads to all areas of Charleston. If you are a light sleeper, we do have a sound machine, but it may not be a fit for you if road noise is a bother, Please Read Our Reviews On This Topic.

Lowcountry Cuisine, Asian Fusion, Barbeque, Mexican, Italian, Indian we have it all and it is within minutes to your stay! Brunch is an event in itself around Charleston. Come on and join us, the Lowcountry is waiting.
