You will access your gate and private entrance through the alley. Free street parking is available on side streets. (No access to the separate main house/property or detached garage.)
A pre-existing outdoor security camera is installed, facing out, at the rear driveway, capable of motion-activated and manual recording. However, while this is hard-wired, it is not connected to the internet or accessible for live view by the owner, host, or guest. (As a reminder, the driveway and garage is for exclusive use by the renters of the main home and is not available for use by the studio guests at any time.)
