Located along EDSA Between Q. Ave and GMA MRT Stations- This is a loft-type unit - Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the unit. The building is accessible to the main hubs of Quezon city. PLEASE Note that there is NO PARKING SLOT provided with the unit. This is along EDSA And Mabuhay Line therefore if you have a car with you we have recommended pay parking nearby. PLEASE also manage expectations. This is a condo unit that can accommodate people who are looking for an affordable option to hotels.

The space
This is a loft-type condo unit with a veranda. the master's bedroom is spacious and airconditioned and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests for sleeping. a second bedroom adjacent to this one has a bunk bed, electric fan, and an exhaust system that can bring cold air from the masters bedroom once it's cool enough.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole unit, a 43 sqm. loft type. divided into 2 bedrooms upstairs + balcony.

Other things to note
Parking. This is one of the most common concern for our potential guests. Our building is located along EDSA and the Mabuhay Lane, so we don't recommend overnight street parking. Our recommended paid parking is at Victoria Sports, 2 buildings away from our building. it has overnight fees but you can be assured that your vehicle is secured.
The area is accessible to the trendiest spots in Quezon City, namely Unli Samgyups and bars in Tomas Morato, and upcoming bars in Sct. Albano like Vice Comedy Bar. Hailing taxis won't be an issue as there are available cabs 24/7 and tricycles are also available during daytime.
For couch Potatoes, the unit TV is equipped with an Android TV Box that has unlimited access to movies and show worldwide. just turn on the TV and use the Android TV remote control to navigate through the app
