The space
A fully equipped cottage with a private entrance is waiting for you. Through the small hallway you will enter the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a separate sleeping room.
There is a spacious bathroom with a shower, a patio and a small courtyard.
All rooms are on ground floor and brightly flooded with light. The upper floor isn't developed yet. From the living and dining rooms you have direct access to the garden.

Guest access
Via the spacious driveway of the crayfish manufactory you get directly to your private entrance. Vehicles can be parked in the driveway free of charge.
There is a separate lockable room for bikes.
You have access to the courtyard, inner courtyard and house garden.

Other things to note
The holiday home is ideal for a holiday by bike. There is a separate, lockable bike room where the battery can be charged. There are beautiful cycle paths around us into the village, as well as tours through the moor or through the beautiful Ammerland.

As our house is located in a health resort, there is an additional guest tax of 3€ per person per night. This is paid directly to the municipality.
