This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath Craftsman-style home is nestled in the heart of historic Downtown Kingman—just steps away from local restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, museums, and boutique shopping. Situated right off Route 66 and Beale Street, it's the perfect base for exploring all that this unique area has to offer.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and a selection of essentials:
• Pots, pans, and bakeware
• Utensils, silverware, and wine glasses
Please note: As this is a historic home, hot water in the kitchen sink may take about 15 seconds to flow. There is no dishwasher, but a dish drying rack is provided for your convenience.
