BBQ, relax and unwind in our private courtyard while watching the big game on our outdoor 55" TV. Come and enjoy luxury living with a community pool and jacuzzi right outside our front door.

Other things to note
Thermostat is set to 75 degrees from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 70 degrees from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. during extreme temperature months that hit high 90's to 100 degrees +. If there are any requests to raise the temperatures, please let me know and we can accommodate. Adjustments are made during cooler seasons. If you have any special requests, please let me know and I'll work with you to accommodate your needs. Thank you.

Trash Days: Monday
If you are staying with us during trash day, we would greatly appreciate your help by placing the trash bin out on the curb. This helps us keep the amount of trash down inside the home and ensures it gets picked up on time.

Early check-in fee is $50.

Late check-out fee is $50.

If a scheduled cleaning is canceled due to an extension or late check out there may be an additional charge from the cleaning company for canceling on them last minute.
