Our property is located at Pablo Ramiro Street, Cagayan de Oro (google maps). "08 Pablo" on the Maps app, within a gated, private compound called Ramiro Compound. There are multiple businesses outside the compound like bakeries, a laundry shop, mini market and many more.

The space
✳️Two airconditioned bedrooms, and airconditioned living area, one bathroom property located in a private compound. Spacious living area with portable fan and kitchen with ceiling fan. All rooms are on the ground floor. Comfortably sleeps 5, fees apply in excess of 5 guests.
🔷️Only authorized guests in the original booking are allowed to stay. Valid IDs required.
🔷️Additional person 4 years old and above, (max of 3) requires additional fee of P300/person per overnight stay subject to the approval of the host.
🔷️Early check in / late check out is allowed depending on availability ( if there are no incoming guests or current guests) for P200/ hour.
🔷️Please take note that there is NO option for HOT SHOWER.
🔷️Free parking for 1 vehicle only.
Additional vehicle fee: P200/night.

Guest access
🔅Guests can use the entire first floor except the room up the stairs where the owners keep their personal belongings.
🔅Please ask permission if you want to have visitors over.
🔅The property is for the use of registered guests only. Visitors are subject to the approval of the host since unregistered guests are not included in insurance and more people would cause more wear and tear to the property.
🔅Subject to approval, visitors can only stay until 10pm and there should be no visitors sleeping in the property at any time of the day/night . Non compliance is cause for eviction.
🔅Guests can park 1 vehicle for free. Additional vehicles may park for P200/night.

Other things to note
✅️Please take note before booking that this is a residential property and everyday noise is expected like roosters crowing, birds chirping, dogs barking and the occasional loud music playing from other houses though not in the compound.
✅️Valid IDs of all guests are required after booking sent thru Airbnb messages before we send the smartdoor passcode.
✅️This is a very safe place. The people living in the compound are my relatives.
✅️Laundry shop and other small businesses outside the compound.
✅️There is NO option for a HOT SHOWER.
✅️Guests in excess of 5 will be charged an additional fee of P300/night.
✅️Unregistered guests are NOT ALLOWED. Ask permission if you want to have people over with the following information: how many and the duration of their visit.
✅️Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED. P2,000 will be charged for extra cleaning and airing.
✅️P1,000 will be charged if odorous dishes are cooked as the house would require extra cleaning and airing.
✅️Free parking is for 1 vehicle only. Additional vehicle will incur P200/vehicle per night.
✅️Check in Time 3 PM. Check out time: before 12 PM.
