The space
Villa Hercules is located in the village of Ag. Georgios, Armenoi, Rethymno. It is just 10 km from the centre of Rethymnon, via the main road, which can take you to the coast of southern Crete. It is surrounded by the tame oaks of the forest and the rare herbs of our land. It was renovated with care and a lot of personal work to become a resting station for families, groups of friends and couples.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. Entering the villa, you will find a clean and attractive living area with a SMART 50'' TV positioned above the stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing gourmet meals and a dining area to spend time with your loved ones. In addition, a WC is available on the first floor of the villa. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa has 3 bedrooms on the second floor, each with a distinct look and feel. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished, promising a blissful sleep after the busy adventures of the day. They are also fully equipped with beds (natural mattresses and high quality bedding), fitted wardrobes and include air conditioning.

The villa is set in a beautiful setting of 850m2 and is just a few minutes drive from the tranquil village of Armenoi. It is a dream home with its own lush green landscape, where any visitor will never want to leave. This house has a private 30m2 swimming pool with plenty of outdoor design and a two-seater hydromassage function for moments of relaxation. The pool terrace is equipped with two poufs and six high quality sun loungers, so you can relax all day long, enjoying the Cretan summer! Enjoy your cooked dinners in the outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, offering a stylish al fresco area to enjoy an afternoon drink as the sun sets. The gorgeous house also features an outdoor shower.

There is secure parking within the villa premises for a maximum of eight cars • The property is well-equipped with fridge and freezer, electric cooker with oven, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, juice machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and first aid kit.
