The Millpond Caravan, Machynlleth

AnnaRating, 5 stars20 months ago
We loved staying in the Mill Pond Caravan. The grounds are just stunning! Julie's instructions were very clear, so we found it and got in easily. The caravan is cosy and well equipped. fresh clean towels and bed linens and extra blankets if you get chilly. We had a bit of a wet week weather-wise, so it was great to be able to pop the heating on quickly in the morning to take the edge off. Otherwise, the caravan is warm and dry and cosy. Julie is definitely a super host, very friendly and welcoming. The kids absolutely loved the walk up into the orchard and then back down by the waterfall to follow the mill stream back. This place is stunning. Thank you for a lovely sta x

What a beautiful stay in a beautiful area. The accommodation, hosting and location were spot on! A short walk away from Rhosneigr in a nice and peaceful area with the most stars I've seen at night for ages. The accommodation was clean, tidy and very spacious. Fully equipped with everything you could need.

Secluded Woodland Retreat Snowdonia

JohnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a really nice stay at Julie's and would thoroughly recommend it. As Julie lives next door, we had some personal contact, which was nice, as these lets can otherwise feel a bit impersonal. Plus Julie gave us some helpful tips! The retreat was also very well-stocked, which we also greatly appreciated and which, again, one doesn't encounter everywhere. Bethesda itself is a nice, small town with a lot of character, a strong sense of Welsh identity and an above-average , if slightly salty, Indian takeaway

Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park private static

munshidaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay in the caravan house was truly unforgettable. The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. What made it even more special was the kindness of our hosts, Diana and her husband Mike. Not only did they communicate perfectly, but they also helped us during an emergency and guided us to a hospital — their support meant the world to us. They treated us like family, and we felt so cared for. We’re deeply grateful and highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a warm, clean, and welcoming place.

Joe & Karen have curated the most beautiful space to relax and enjoy all that the Isle of Anglesey has to offer. From the bright conservatory to the cosy lounge room to the luxurious linen - everything was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need and beautiful kitchen wear. Eryri / Snowdonia National Park, Conwy & Betws-y-Coed are all located within less than a one hour drive of Joe and Karen’s cottage making it the perfect base to explore all that North Wales has to offer. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Joe & Karen.

Pygmy Place

ChrisRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a lovely place! Kelly was very helpful & didn't intrude on our stay, just a little txt reminding us we could contact her any time. My wife & I stayed for 2 nights over our anniversary, we was welcomed with a pack of goodies/snacks & an anniversary banner, which we thought was a lovely gesture. Unfortunately we didn't have the weather to use the hot tub but will definitely be staying again nearer summer.

Beautiful Coastal Retreat

ClaireRating, 5 stars7 months ago
From making the initial enquiry to checking out, Ruth made the process very easy. We travelled with our teenage son, and Ruth confirmed the activities available for his age range as we were worried he might be too old for many activities. On arrival at the park, the check-in staff at Haven were helpful and friendly. The caravan was easy to find and was ready to access by the given arrival time. We found it much eaiser and quicker, to access the keys via the lock box, than if we had to que at check in. We found the property was spotlessly clean, and had all the necessary amenities needed for self catering, although we did sample the takeaways in the park each evening. The caravan is ideally positioned for easy access to the on site activities and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Alternatively, if you just wanted to chill out, the veranda offers a great opportunity for sunbathing and people watching. We loved every minute of our stay and will be booking again next year. Thank you.

The Little Lodge is a cosy luxury hideaway..

TomRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Sooz was super welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. She was also really responsive — we messaged quite late due to bank holiday traffic, and she got back to us quickly. The lodge was lovely and clean, and we absolutely loved the hot tub! The garden looked beautiful in the evening, and the whole place had such a relaxing vibe. The bed was really comfortable too, which made our stay even better. We’ll definitely be coming back when the weather’s warmer!

Just Wow! What an amazing place to stay. So unquie with so many personal touches. Richard was a lovely host who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Right next to the Snowdonia Slate trail, it was a lovely relaxing stop in a quiet village. Love that it's dog friendly and will deffinitly be back again to explore more walks in the area.
