We had a great time! The space is as described, everything was in great condition and the views are amazing. Check in/out was simple. I definitely recommend this spot and will book again on future trips to Leadville!

Loved the spot. Lots of heating options, which was great since we arrived at 0 degree temps. Wish the place had a stove and more cleaning supplies. Thankfully there was a shovel and salt on cite to help us unbury the car from snow. It was a little confusing finding which of the rooms was ours but we also arrived at 10 pm in the snow. Had some extra sheets and blankets which was nice.

Lori was an attentive and friendly host. She provided over and beyond welcoming gestures to make us feel right at home! Plenty of space for our large family. The views are spectacular!

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views from the hot tub and communicative hosts. Hosts provided last minute batteries for Wii controllers and resolved a plumbing issue quickly. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Leadville.

Absolutely perfect mountain getaway! This property in Crested Butte was everything we could have asked for and more. The views were breathtaking—waking up to the stunning mountain scenery was magical. The hot tub was a highlight, especially after a day of exploring; relaxing under the stars in such a private and peaceful setting was unforgettable. The home itself was cozy, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras that made our stay feel like home. The host clearly pays great attention to detail, and it shows in how welcoming and pristine the space was. If you're looking for a private, serene escape with top-notch amenities, this is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

The location really makes this listing! It's close to everything plus the view is astounding, especially hanging out in the hot tub and looking at the mountain views. It's the bottom floor of an occupied house, we didn't quite catch that upon booking however...there were zero issues with this and we still had privacy and everything we could have wanted. We stayed 5 of us, with three in the guest bedroom and while the kitchen is a little crowded, we still managed well. The 2 bathrooms are large and comfortable. Bring your own soaps and shampoos. Comfy towels, comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, spacious bathrooms. Amazing outdoor space makes up for any small inconvenience. Nice property!

Krista's home was so lovely, I can't say enough positive things! Check-in and communication was seamless, the unit was pristine, quiet, well-stocked, and had super thoughtful amenities for humans and traveling dogs. The neighborhood and location was quiet and peaceful, and we loved the patio and surrounding path around the lake. We'd definitely book again when traveling to Crested Butte!

It’s a beautiful location and a peaceful home. It was a lovely place to visit and see the aspens changing. We appreciated being able to cook and sleep well while exploring in the mountains during the day.

Anthony's little bungalow was absolutely perfect! We had a beautiful view. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is just outside of town, so it was very peaceful and quiet. Tony went above and beyond, answering our questions in a timely manner and accommodating our needs. We highly recommend Tony and his cute little bungalow.

We had such a lovely stay at Dave's air bnb. We had our little 1 year old with us so the cooking facilities were fantastic to use. The views were picture perfect like a fairy tale setting. The whole place was super comfortable and just what we needed after a beautiful day exploring all that Crested Butte had to offer.

This spot was great! I've never been to an Airbnb that was so well stocked. The bathroom had full bottles of hair care and body care products. Even had new loofahs, hair ties, and an emergency kit. The kitchenette was stocked with coffee, plates, silverware, wine glasses, you name it, she had it! Would definitely reccomend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. One thing to note, if you don't like waking up to a bright sunny room, make sure to pack an eye mask! The place gets great, but intense, morning light.

Marcie and Mark were incredibly hospitable and the studio cabin was just perfect. My partner and I felt cozy as ever. The fox that visits is so sweet, he slept by us while we had a camp fire and I felt like Cinderella. Marcies garden is the most magical fairy garden you’ve ever seen. And, the breakfast they provided was just the perfect way to start our day. Many great memories made in this town and these accommodations were a part of that. :-)

Susan is an absolute gem of a host. Her communication is some of the best I’ve had with a host. Check in was easy, all the precious welcoming touches and attention to details made it an even better experience. It is a perfect cozy stay in Aspen and the value is great. It is so very peaceful and quiet. The wifi was great. It has everything you need and more. The walk to town is about 15-20 minutes, and a beautiful walk at that. Or an easy free bus! We visited the John Denver sanctuary and loved walking around town. We drove to the Grotto and Ice Cave trail (easy). We almost did the Weller Lake trail but the plentiful fresh bear scat on the trail had us turn around! We had the ribs at Aspen Hickory House- it was an awesome value as the plate was big enough for two! And they were sooooo gooooood (will forever be dreaming of them). We also had the bratwurst and beer special and cinnamon roll at Gorsuch Ski Cafe (yum). And had the happy hour at Las Montañas (frozen margs and tacos).

Our experience at Susan's Aspen retreat was nothing short of exceptional. Her gracious hospitality, coupled with the pristine snowscape, provided a serene backdrop for our stay. We are familiar with Aspen. Love the neighborhood right downtown. This is very close. Only a short drive into town. Uber/Lyft can easily find the home. Best for one or two people (as a couple) - the bedroom is small and the bed is pushed up against one wall so you only have access to one side table in there. Heated floors a plus. Kitchenette a plus. A second Airbnb unit across the walk-way. Horse shoe shaped home. Quiet peaceful location on the river. We will stay again if this listing remains open! Never personally met Grant or his assistant. Great gem.
