Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Gull Lake

Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

Jennifer’s house was incredible for our 2 family vacation. The kids had an amazing time kayaking and splashing in the pool, and it was wonderful that they had plenty of books, toys, and games available. The adults enjoyed the separate living rooms, beautiful back porch, and well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There is an uncrowded beach just a mile down the road with easy parking and nearby Holland had plenty of shopping and great restaurants.

This place was so wonderful- it is a feast for the eyes! The arrangement of furniture in the living room is so smart and makes for wonderful hang outs. There is such ample seating and sleeping spaces that we were all so comfortable. Hot tub was clean and could not have been more enjoyable. Felt so lucky to get to stay here.

The home is beautiful! Family room is huge, tv room is comfortable.the kitchen is homey,and comfortable to cook in. The bedrooms are comfortable as well. The host is amazing.I travel a lot through here,hope to stay many more times in 2025 ;)

What a great find! Often the photos make a place look bigger, but this home is deceptively large. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of areas where people can find their own space. Good mattresses, and that’s a huge plus. South Haven is a jewel of a town, and this area in particular is outstanding. You can easily walk to a pristine beach, or the fun downtown and market area. Sweet neighborhood! Finally, you can’t ask for a better host than Chris. Before we got there he proactively sent several helpful messages. He always responded quickly whenever I sent a question. And after we left and realized a treasured stuffed animal had been left behind, he connected with the cleaning crew and organized a way for us to get it back. He is our hero!

Staying here made it easy to get to downtown and east town during our weekend in Grand Rapids. The home is spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again!

I loved Victoria’s Airbnb!! It was so clean and beautiful, my boyfriend and I had an amazing time. Not to mention the master bed, it was so extremely comfortable. I kinda wish I knew exactly what brand it was so we could get it ourselves! She has plenty of games that we played all night and the hot tub and sauna were definitely a plus. I would love to stay here again. She was so sweet and friendly and even gave us extra time which we really appreciated. Now that we are gone we miss it a lot! Hopefully we will be able to go again.

We had a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Bathrooms had extras in case you forget something. Staircase well lit. Nice shower heads. Comfy bed!

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Beautiful place! Sara was very responsive, friendly, made sure we had everything we needed. Place was perfect for a weekend get away!

Really comfortable sweet accommodations... great for friends wanting to gather for get away per space and ... also privacy per down time when desired. love the porches sitting area, and the out deck even though not utilized. this would be great relaxing place if you want to not be busy...

Stayed here for our anniversary weekend and we absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful little apartment. Very clean. He even left us a bottle of Prosecco with a happy anniversary note, a couple of bottles of water,coke and beers! Also plenty of complimentary snacks too. So Peaceful and private. We didn’t get to use the outside fire pit/grill but it looked lovely. 5 min drive to downtown Saugatuck. You could walk but we just chose to drive. Great restaurants and nightlife. We will definitely be back again!

I love studio apartments and this one was clean and inviting. We walked and ate at the diner, Penny’s Pizza and Mexican Bar and Grill. I recommend all of them. I also walked across the street and bought fresh donuts. If you enjoy the serenity of nostalgic downtown life this may be a place for you. We had a very pleasant stay and Bill was very kind and responsive. Safe Travels 😊

It was a great place to stay. It felt like home. They had everything we could have needed. The host responded back quickly which I loved.

My 31 night stay in the Mini was amazing. Tina was extremely responsive and made everything from checking in to checkout a breeze. She was more than happy to assist if I had any questions about the unit. The space was very clean and comfortable. Location to all of the must see attractions in GH is phenomenal! The area is very safe and I walked all over town with no safety concerns (even late at night). I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed at Kelly’s condo during a short Christmas trip. We really enjoyed the stay. It’s right in downtown Grand Haven with easy access to the restaurants and shopping. Very clean. The high ceilings have it an open feel. We would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for us! It was only a few minutes drive from downtown. Could walk to the beach if you wanted. Kitchen had all the amenities. We didn't get to use the outdoor areas due to the time of year but would be so nice in another season. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Beaches are clean and sunsets are beautiful. It's only about a 30 minute or less drive to St. Josephs, Benton Harbor, Saugatuck, Holland. We did them all! Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved staying here!! We had the best time. Utilized the hot tub and played a few games of pool. Great building, amazing set up! The bed is AMAZING. Best sleep ever! The shower is also top notch 👌🏼 Will definitely book here again. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

The home is beautiful! It was so clean and had everything we needed. The waters, coffee and snacks were so nice. The electric fireplace made it really cozy. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was decorated very nicely. We had a great stay!

It is a very beautiful place to relax and disconnect, very nice and pleasant, full of beautiful landscapes and many animals to see, without a doubt I would return to this place to have many more days of total disconnection.

Catherine's Beach House was the perfect place to stay for our fall trip to South Haven. It was close to the area beaches, shops and other amenities. The Beach House has everything plus more! My little ones loved the children's toys and books that were available. We cooked all of our meals at Catherine's place which was a huge plus. The host went above and beyond with information about local events, places to visit and restaurants to try. Catherine was responsive and incredibly kind. We hope to visit the Beach House again soon!
