Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Gulf of Papagayo

Too many words to say how this city, place and space healed my soul and connected me deeper with all my surroundings. I would love to discuss a multi-month rental because I see Adrian's place as my digital nomad, toddler mama future home. Only thing I would change is the leather beanbag chair, my toddler had the most irrational fear of it hahaha

The apartment was great and we loved having the pool right outside our door. This made it extra convenient when kids were napping (the beach is also only a 5 minute walk away). We were originally going to stay in Flamingo but it was more expensive and busy. We ended up liking Potrero more than Flamingo and would recommend! The hosts are very responsive and even arranged a pack n play for us which was very nice and super helpful. We had an issue with ants in one bedroom, but the hosts were quick to arrange for the exterminator to come out the next day. When visiting Costa Rica, you have to expect some insects, but it was nice they were willing to do that for us. We had a rental car so it was nice having parking, but you can also walk to the local restaurants, brewery, shops, etc within about 10-15 minutes.

Beautiful location with incredible views. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Might be a bit far to walk downtown for those with small children or mobility issues, but for our active family with teenagers, the 15-20 min walk was perfect. Safe, clean complex with the basic amenities included. Ilya was a pleasure to deal with and had some really incredible recommendations for transportation, food, coffee, etc.

Julliam had excellent communication. Condo was close to the beach and restaurants. Had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Loved the pool area. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything within Las Catalinas was a 4 minute walk from Trevelynn’s place. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly how we expected. Trevelynn and TropicalHomes were very helpful in planning for our stay and very responsive once we arrived. We travelled with 2 kids 2 and under, and the town was perfect for us! Pool, splash pad, open space for the kids to move around while we waited for dinner! It was a dream! Plus, Trevelynn had 2 pack and plays available so we didn’t have to fly with them!

Marie is an excellent host! Super friendly and interesting to talk to! The studios are in an excellent area because it is far enough from the center and the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there in 5 minutes by car. The facilities are very beautiful and have that special touch of art that Marie gave them. The studios are excellently equipped, nothing is missing, and everything is of excellent quality. Our stay there was excellent!

This airbnb was exactly what we wanted, nice apartment and a beautiful pool. It was nice to have a small kitchen area to cook at home. The airbnb is in the middle of town, short walk to the beach, and restaurants. Surfboard and bike rentals right across the street. Keilyn was very responsive and quickly helped us resolve a wifi issue when we arrived, and the wifi worked great for the rest of our stay! We were very happy with our visit.

What a stunning, spotless, and well-organized accommodation in the perfect location at Las Catalinas! You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets right from the balcony. Not only was it a fully serviced apartment with everything you could possibly need, but the hosts, Lauren and Yerardi, were incredible. We even took advantage of their concierge service, and they arranged for our groceries to be purchased and delivered straight to the apartment! They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns during our stay. We’ll definitely be returning when we’re back in Costa Rica! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We stopped here the day before leaving Costa Rica and were thoroughly pleased with our stay. I would recommended for anyone traveling near Liberia
