Condo vacation rentals in Gulf of Nicoya

We absolutely loved Patrick’s place! It was everything we hoped for and more. We felt right at home and safe at all times. Everything is extremely walkable - the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Patrick was easy to communicate with, and very quick to respond to any and every question we had. Thank you so much, Patrick! We were also amazed by every detail that was thought of, to make sure we had the best possible stay (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, grocery bags, picnic bag- you name it)! We hope to be back in the very near future!

Great host and nice condo, but it should be stated that the complex is up a steep hill. We are seniors, and a month of going up and down was not feasible. Be in good shape, or rent a car or golf cart for your stay. The carts are road legal and capable of reaching a large number of groceries and restaurants. We had a great time and really enjoyed the pool and other guests.

Maria's apartment was really near from the beach. Easy to check in and it was really clean. I totally recommend this Airbnb if you're traveling to a beach near San José.

I would definitely come back. The pictures are accurate. Spacious condo for four. It was just far enough away from town to be away from the noise of the nightlife but definitely reasonably walkable. The building felt safe/secure. Thorough instructions on what to do and how to handle things and if you missed it or couldn't figure it concierge was available.

Great Place. Casa Del Sol is a safe, secure, clean, with excellent pool and private complex right off the beach. Nestled in a true Costa Rican quiet community. The Hosts were quick to respond to everything and they had all the beach gear with a wagon to haul it to the beach. Howler Monkeys visiting behind the complex was a treat.

This condo is just as described. Steps from one of the pools. We also explored the walking paths that wander around the complex this visit, which we didn't last time. As a family with two young kids, we love this location because it isn't right in town, but it's still an easy drive to everything you need.

We had a spectacular stay at you and me by the sea! Louis’ instructions were wonderful and easy. The location was perfect. The marina was beautiful and quiet and there was plenty to do. The beach out front was just wonderful! There was great snorkelling with lots of fish and the beach felt almost private a lot of the time. The house was exactly as shown and the view was absolutely beautiful. Our family of four had the best time there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We very much enjoyed our 5 nights here. Although Floribeth was away so we did not get to meet her, she always responded quickly and helpfully. The ground floor apartment is in a safe area atop a steep hill with a gorgeous view of the water and spectacular sunsets. The pool is lovely. We did not do much cooking, but found the kitchen generally well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Cleaning supplies are plentiful, but you do need to have all your own toiletries, including shower soap and shampoo. We were also glad we brought our own beach towels. I would definitely recommend Floribeth’s place.

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

My wife and I had a lovely time at this condo. This is the first gated community that I have rented and I like it. It’s clean and safe, close to the strip, beach and restaurants. I would rent here again. Thanks!

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

Had a great month and a few days at Casa Verde. We had a bit of a problem finding the condo, not knowing the unit # , and not knowing that someone would be there to greet us, but I did mention this to Irina and so that will be corrected for next guests, I’m sure. The location is a bit out of Playa del Coco so we found we needed to have transportation. Taxis cost around $6 USD one way, so that can add up. We rented a gas golf cart for the first couple of weeks, but did not like that mode of transportation so then rented a car for the remainder of our stay. Adobe Car Rental has a special rate for Villa La Colina residents ( found this out talking with other owners and renters there) so it is worth while letting Adobe know to use the Villa Colina account.The condo is well equipped and Irina was quick to answer any messages we sent. I would have liked more comfortable outdoor chairs ( padded) on the patio, and a bbq, but maybe Irina can upgrade that sometime! All in all, great stay.

This is a very nice apartment in a great central location. We really enjoyed the pool and easily walked to the beach at least once each day.

An excellent place! Very safe, very quiet, perfect for relaxing and for telecommuting. The condominium has its own recreational areas very close by. Highly recommended!

The condo is very nice, clean and well equipped. The pool was also very well maintained. I enjoyed the short walk to the beach.
