Vacation rentals with beach access in Gulf of Nicoya

The location of Nick’s place was perfect for us. In a quieter area but in walking distance of restaurants. We loved the pool and direct access to the beach!

Wonderful location. Literally can’t be beat. Step out to the beach, outdoor shower, pool and lots of lounge space. Walkable grocery and restaurants. Surf lessons and snorkel tours picked us up in the beach.

Great apartment with a view of the ocean and passing birds. Walking distance to pools and ocean. We got to see monkeys by the pool. We loved being able to leave the car in the parking to just enjoy the neighbourhood.

Beautiful place and amazing staff. Pool was so refreshing and always spotless. Staff were very attentive and willing to please. Amazing location and an easy walk to the beach and delicious local restaurants. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be revisiting soon.

This place was a little piece of heaven. The location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the TACOS - impeccable. Best side of Jaco Beach and Gracias Madre is right on it, just walk out the gate and there you are. Yet because the apartments are recessed a bit, the rooms felt private and secluded. The little pool is lovely, as are the design-forward references to dia de los muertos that permeate the decor. The apartment is one I'd live in (and I really wish I could have stayed longer), had absolutely everything you'd need and want, including complementary little items like chocolate covered dried banana in the cupboard, sunscreen and beach mats by the door, usb chargers and Bluetooth speakers on the bedside tables. The appliances are all top notch as are the cookware and glassware. The A/C from the mini split was reliably refreshing and the bed was perfect. But maybe the best part was the TACOS served at the attached restaurant - ate three different kinds and loved them all.

Best anniversary celeb ever! Lee was such an amazing hostess. Took care of all of our needs and requests including helping us book a quad at an excellent rate. So much to do and more then end the day at the villa with a spectacular view. You won’t be disappointed!

Good place and near to the beach.

This Airbnb is the perfect place if you want to stay by the beach, it’s literally just steps away. Check in and out was very easy and the room was very clean. However, there is a bar that plays loud music attached to the Airbnb. Personally, it didn't bother me whatsoever, and I even enjoyed being able to step out and get a drink, nevertheless, for those looking to go to bed early, it could be annoying (however, there are earplugs in the room just in case).

Due to an unfortunate issue with our original place to stay, we had to make a last minute pivot. We were so grateful to have found Richard’s place and his incredible hospitality. This place is toward the north part of the town, so it felt much less crowded and it was particularly quiet at night. All we heard were the waves and an occasional lizard on the roof! 😂 We cooked most of our meals at the property, and the kitchen setup worked great. The instant beach access was amazing, and the ability to come back and relax in the hammocks and at the table/couch area in the shade was also a giant perk. Maria cleaned the place each day, which was also a bonus and an example of their wonderful care. It’s located beside a cafe, which does mean more people nearby at times, but it also means quick access to food/drink. Aside from the first evening when a DJ was playing at the cafe (Sunday funday!), it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location. Many thanks!

Jake’s place was great ! Comfortable beds and beach was literally right outside the back slider. Location was close enough to Tamarindo yet far enough away to be peaceful away from the hustle.

Had a wonderful experience Staying at The Beach house. pretty much you have your own private beach!Sabine and Nico are great hosts. A true tropical Costa Rica experience.

The house was beautiful, and in great conditions, with a very convenient location. The pool was very nice, we enjoyed. Have all amenities we needed. Alexandra was very supportive and respond very quickly our needs. We will stay here next time.

Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay! The house itself was very nice (white noise might be needed because of the roosters). The easy accessibility to the beach when we wanted to go there while also having an amazing pool and covered patio to relax throughout the day was perfect for what we were looking for. We enjoyed the quiet and local feel of Brasilito Beach. The campground is right there, like others have mentioned, but it was never an issue at all. We walked to Playa Conchal (liked our beach better) and checked out Playa Flamingo for a sunset one night. Vidal lives on property and was always a friendly face. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Casa Move was everything we hoped for. Our family arrived and had an easy check in with a quick home tour provided by Wil. The home is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and to a little corner bodega/cafe. The home was well appointed with all we needed for a comfortable stay. The fellas made friends with the owner of Carton Surf Shop next door and spent their days surfing. We walked the trail nearby and saw monkeys, an anteater and tons of birds. We ended our hike with a stop at the Puddlefish Brewery across the street. It is about a 5-8 minute drive to town and we visited a few times. All in all a wonderful , safe location and a lovely home. Highly recommend!!

Spencer‘s properties are absolutely beautiful and perfectly located just as advertised The proximity to the beach, as well as the avenue, renders it and idyllic vacation location

Our family really enjoyed our relaxing stay here. The views, the pool, and the patio were all perfect places to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well equipped. The 3 bedrooms all had their own nice en suite bathrooms which was great! I'd highly recommend this for a relaxing stay in an off the beaten path oceanfront spot! As other I read in other reviews, the beach did have lots of driftwood and some trash that had washed up. This didn't detract from our stay at all, but worth noting if that would bother you. Jorge was great with communication before and during our trip. The restaurant he recommended right outside the gated community was a great meal and the family running the restaurant were very welcoming and accommodating.

Beautiful views, clean and well stocked with all needed. We spent 6 nights here and enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the porch, living room and master bedroom. Beach club and restaurant were also great.

Loved our time at this beautiful spot! The view onto the beach and watching sunsets from the deck was stunning. Very comfortable accommodation, spacious and clean. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Great all around.

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

Great stay at Andres’s place in Reserva Conchal! The condo has beautiful views, and was well stocked and clean. The pool for the condo complex was perfect for our toddler, and we loved having access to the Beach Club. We would definitely stay here again!

The Condo was very clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the things necessary to cook. The condo has air-conditioning in livingroom and bedroom, but it was a little noisy in the bedroom. They do a great job keeping insects down, only had some problems with ants on the patio. From the condo you can see the ocean and people picnicking on the beach. Weekdays are more peaceful. The building is fenced so it feels safe. Unfortunately I didnt read that Bejuco beach is always red flagged because of the strong currents and riptides. Beautiful sand beach to walk on and enjoy the sunsets but not swim.
