Wonderful experience staying at Michel’s place! We were a family of 8 with 3 children and everyone had a great time. Best of all was the service of Vimala who was always ready to cook up delicious meals even on short notice, and Raj who took care of all other requirements. It’s a traditional Goan house which is not plush or modern but well looked after and very cosy and comfortable. Located in a quiet village it has a laid back charm far from the hustle and bustle. Everything described was available - the pool, the barbecue, the lawns, etc. There is a WiFi connection but the network is a bit weak at times so be prepared in case you need to work. If you are ok with that everything else is perfect. Highly recommended!!

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. If you have a 6-7 people group this is a god send. perfectly located for all fun of north goa, peaceful, lot of cats roaming around. private pool, helpful people caring for the property and just so homely. few frogs come and go in the house and bathroom but they are cute. the porch was just perfect for latenight sit outs and goa fun. very beautifully lit place. the host is very prompt and helpful for everything. will definitely book again and again

This place is truly the perfect spot to stay in Goa—I absolutely loved it! Raju, the caretaker, ensured everything was taken care of promptly. One message, and the work was done! There are plenty of excellent cafes within 5–6 kilometers, and popular beaches like Anjuna and Vagator are close by. If you’re traveling with family and plan to visit Baga or Calangute, they’re also just a short distance away. While the more aesthetic cafes are a bit farther, it feels totally worth it when you return to this property. It’s simply perfect!

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

By far the best AirBnB property we stayed in. We didn’t miss anything that was included in the description and the place was well maintained. We didn’t get a feel of any kind of wear and tear as well. All the seven rooms were spacious and very well planned building. We had a great time. Will recommend this property to my friends. Very happy with all the support from the host and security staff was also good and worth a mention. Cook was ok, this is the area where things can get better. If I were in the property again I might try to get food from outside or probably go out. Or be more cautious and give proper instructions to the cook.

Amazing place to be in Goa as a group or family to create memories. The Villa is homely and has been decorated with great details. We were group of eight and had a great time. Even the smallest things are taken care for amenities. We got the best hospitality from the service staff.Ashok was always there for any call. The chef Aunty’s food was out of the world cooked with love.All of us wished we would have stayed 1 more day. We all highly recommend it.

Neeraj was a great host! He has curated the home with vintage beautiful decor & nice landscaping. The location of the property is perfect for vacationing family with all standard things like the beach, touristy spots, shopping, amazing food, all at short distances. All in all, a memorable time.

I had an incredible stay at Sua Casa in Goa! The host truly lived up to the Indian saying: “Athidi Devo Bhava”. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. Candolim Beach is just 20min walk away. Many restaurants nearby,Swiggy,Zomato operate in this area,making it super convenient. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, with stunning landscapes that make waking up to the sound of birds singing a magical experience. Sunrise and sunset views are amazing from the balcony. TV,WiFi,AC,fridge,washing machine were in perfect working condition. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job every day. The host was prompt,responsive,generous,extended our checkout time for a fair price,which made our return journey very convenient. When the RO suddenly broke,the host immediately arranged for Bisleri cans for our entire stay with some snacks for my kids. This stay was very much worth it for all the value it offers, making for a memorable vacation. Highly recommend!

It’s one of the best places to stay in Goa… peaceful, newly constructed villa with all the amenities and private pool with excellent support staff and the property manager Mr. Manoj was soo helpful in all the ways.. there is a restaurant near by and the taste is awesome too.. This property will definitely be my option when I visit Goa again… and lastly the property matches exactly with the pics that u can see in the Airbnb site..

Stayed here in peak Monsoon August. The property is a little old on the outside, but exceptionally maintained on the inside. The villa is inside a gated community, just interior enough to be free of any bustle from the main road and and still walkable enough from great restaurants and other businesses. There are a few car/bike rentals just adjacent to the property, so there's no need to hunt around. The property is listed to accomodate 7, but I think 5 is the ideal size for this. Ramesh Bhai has been very helpful, constantly following up before we checked in and available right next door if we faced any issues. He coordinated with the rental service and arranged vehicles for our trip. The only real problem we faced was the internet, I hope this will be fixed soon. The wifi connection is rather weak and ancient. Do not expect to be working from here for the time being.

We had an excellent stay at Karl's place...enjoyed the property... its bang on the beach yet private... lots of good eating and partying places around... the caretaker family of Santosh and his mom made delicious breakfast for us and cleaned the rooms everyday...totally worth the money spent...we were also lucky to have a very robust sea breeze all the 3 days... that made it even better... Karl's relative has a restaurant next door who provides 15% discount on food... excellent food (palms and sands)... all in all we thouroughly enjoyed and will surely come back to the property again post monsoons

Our stay at casa bottu(the island pool villa) was such a Happy experience! Bishnu and Raghu uncle were of great help in and around the house. They took care of all our requests with great smile. The food they cooked was so delicious, we really missed it for few days even after our vacation and the house, it’s a beautiful villa surrounded by serene nature and clean pool. Every morning you could hear so many birds as if you were in a sanctuary. Overall, the experience was truly magical, rating a perfect 5/5. This villa is the ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. I can't recommend it enough!

Lucy's place is one of the best place I have stayed in my recent times. It is going to be hard for the future host to provide us a place with this high standards. we were group of 6 adults and 2 kids, we stayed for 3 nights. we checked in midnight ly , Lucy was readily available on call whenever needed. she proactively checked with us for car and other things . provided us with a contact of local home chef. The place was easy for find , it's just as seen in the pictures . 20 mins from Baga beach , we were able to get great food delivered for top restaurants in swiggy, there were 2 highspeed wifi . we could not have asked for more. Thank you Lucy for making our stay a wonderful one

A clean and convenient accomodation. Fully furnished with all the basic amenities required for a group. Robin and his father is super friendly and reachable. I recommend this place if you are a group visiting Goa and want to be at a safe distance of touristy accommodations.

Photographs cannot justify the beauty of the apartment, it was much better. It is well designed with a loft, spacious and well maintained. The flat was right in front of the pool which is cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, people were helpful, the resort was beautiful just next to the beach through a private road. There were many eateries just next to the road and taxis were available a call away. Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was top notch. It was squeaky clean and the amenities were really nice. The caretaker was very responsive and always ready to help. And all the things like washing machine, fridge, towels for each person, iron, and even clean utensils for cooking were available. The highlight is the location of place which is very near to many gooad eateries that are open all night long. It is also located near some great nightclubs in Goa. Its all one could ask for and more from a stay! HIGHLY recommended place to stay in Goa...
