This was a great Villa to stay. We were a bunch of 7-8 friends who had a get together. The villa has good vibes and is maintained quite well. The villa is operated by an agency I suppose. They are very responsive to your requests and are timely with their instructions. Caretaker Prem was very nice and polite. While he gave us privacy, he was always available in case we needed anything. Overall a good stay. The description however should mention that this place is in Caranzalem and not in Dona Paula. We initially thought this place is in Dona Paula. However, overall the place was a great pick for our group. Thanks team.

Lovely place to stay so near to beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and v comfortable. Great pool. Air con bedrooms all ensuite. Plus amazing pool room! Helpful staff. 10min walk to candolim beach- setback from road so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place

Stayed here with family ( 7 adults+ 4 kids) ...for the Diwali weekend and also a celebration of my parents 51st wedding anniversary ..it was their 1st visit to Goa in their life. the home, Raj ( coordinator) , Vimal (cook) and staff Amit n Maya..took care of very well...They also helped us make a nice barbeque night... overall a wonderful experience.... oh yes.. Snowey, rani and mango ..the pets became family for us..

I had a fantastic stay at this Property! The residential property is in a great location, surrounded by lush green paddy fields—a truly serene and picturesque setting. The pool is sparkling clean and perfect for a relaxing dip. The property is peaceful, located on the ground floor, and offers decent amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to guide us with anything we needed. Plus, it's conveniently close to many local Goan restaurants. Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

The place was neat and clean . Washrooms , rooms and everything was clean. Clean towels and bedsheets. Service was prompt. Mr. Raju was very helpful in all our requests. There are multiple entries and known cafe nearby Ventilation in the washroom can be improved. The place is in a residential area where multiple AirBnb's are operating. So you do NOT get the Goa peaceful vibe , but a great place to come home after roaming all the day. I would recommend this stay and above value for money.

If you have a 6-7 people group this is a god send. perfectly located for all fun of north goa, peaceful, lot of cats roaming around. private pool, helpful people caring for the property and just so homely. few frogs come and go in the house and bathroom but they are cute. the porch was just perfect for latenight sit outs and goa fun. very beautifully lit place. the host is very prompt and helpful for everything. will definitely book again and again

The house is very well kept. We could park 2 cars inside and 1 right outside the main gate. Security guard and property manager were polite and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are very well kept and rooms are large. Dining and living space was compact for 15 people but not cramped. It’s located in a residential area so very peaceful and yet everything is an easy drive away. Swiggy delivery is super quick to the house! We opted for breakfast every day. The caretaker cooked a decent meal, not oily at all. And cleaned the utensils. Overall it was a very good experience abs would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling with a huge family. All 7 rooms have good sized beds.

Amazing place to be in Goa as a group or family to create memories. The Villa is homely and has been decorated with great details. We were group of eight and had a great time. Even the smallest things are taken care for amenities. We got the best hospitality from the service staff.Ashok was always there for any call. The chef Aunty’s food was out of the world cooked with love.All of us wished we would have stayed 1 more day. We all highly recommend it.

We were there for 2 months. Exceptional host. Great communication. There was a problem with the fridge, he bought a brand new one. We mentioned the bed was quite hard, he bought us a brand new mattress topper. The WiFi was weak in the bedroom, he got new separate hub installed. He provided washing liquid for machine. He organised taxi pick up from airport and agreed very early check in. The place was cleaned regularly.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. It’s a tiny villa that is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. All the beaches are just a 15–20 minute drive away. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Ragani and Jayant's place was absolutely perfect, and they were so lovely to communicate with throughout our stay. From the moment we walked in it felt like a home away from home. It was so beautifully decorated, super clean, quiet, and perhaps one of the first places I've ever really felt like home in Goa. The staff are exceptional, and truly made us feel welcomed. We have a 2 year old daughter and it was the perfect space for her as well as there is a pool, and plenty of space to walk around, and plenty of friendly dogs for her to pet and play with. We loved it so much, that we're actually coming back sooner than expected - we clearly can't get enough. Secretly, we don't want anyone to find out how amazing it is, or it will be booked up next time we come back (LOL), but it truly is a wonderful space. Thank you so much Ragani and Jayant for hosting us, and creating such a wonderful space in Goa. We can't wait to come back <3

I recently stayed here 3days and had an unforgettable experience. The property was just a short walk from the beach, offering the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool which was well-maintained and provided a serene space to relax after a day of exploring. The home itself was spacious with modern amenities and tastefully decorated rooms that made it feel like a luxury retreat. The kitchen was fully equipped and the host had thoughtfully provided essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. The property also had alovely balcony seating area where we enjoyed our meals while soaking in the tropical vibes and breath taking scenery. The location was ideal close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions but still peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet getaway. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing well-equipped spot to enjoy Goa’s beauty with all the major North goa beach nearby. Will return soon🫶

It was a great stay! Everything was as expected. The house was clean & the staff very professional & kind.

We loved working with Dee and staying at her property. Her home is ideal for visitors looking for a quieter side of Goa. It’s a little off-the-beaten-path, but not hard to find. And once we arrived, we found her space to be spacious and easy to live in for a few days. It’s artfully decorated, it has all the things you’d need for a lengthy stay (WiFi of course, laundry, AC, a pool). Food options require a little planning, as the closest good restaurants are more a drive than a walk, but there’s great coffee walking distance from the property, and we were served traditional Goan breakfast hand-prepped in Dee’s kitchen, and it was totally delicious! We also really like Dee on a personal level. Her response time to our questions over text was excellent, and she gave good and clear instructions on how to get there, and once we were there, she supplied us with a lot of great tips for navigating the neighborhood. A great host and human being. A++

A really good stay, we came for a family getaway and this was a really great place for us to spend some quality time together. the host was extremely prompt in communication, the manager, Reece and especially the caretaker taker, bishnu were awesome, always ready to help. bishnu prepared tea, delicious chicken curry and breakfast. although our stay was short it was absolutely perfect. the property itself is big, the architecture is really interesting yet morden amenities are provided. pool as pretty good but has coarse stone so one should be careful not to hurt themselves but excellent grip and perfect depth. we enjoyed all our time in the pool. theres board games and cards which were were playing through the night Definitely a great place for a peaceful escape or exploring the island

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

Lucy's place is one of the best place I have stayed in my recent times. It is going to be hard for the future host to provide us a place with this high standards. we were group of 6 adults and 2 kids, we stayed for 3 nights. we checked in midnight ly , Lucy was readily available on call whenever needed. she proactively checked with us for car and other things . provided us with a contact of local home chef. The place was easy for find , it's just as seen in the pictures . 20 mins from Baga beach , we were able to get great food delivered for top restaurants in swiggy, there were 2 highspeed wifi . we could not have asked for more. Thank you Lucy for making our stay a wonderful one
