The location was great. It is near the esplanade, famous malls and some city tourist spot. 711 was super near the place. There are also nearby restaurants that you can try. The unit has everything you need for a quick vacation. Check in and check out was also easy. Shonna Lou was a great host. Worth the money!

Fatima’s place is 💯 recommendable!!! Because of her place, I don’t want to do city tour hahaha The place is so clean especially the bathroom (which I always judge in every place I visit 😂). The balcony and the view 😍🥹 The kitchen is so nice and with complete utensils (No hassle in cooking rice and dishes). The highlight of the place is Ms. Fatima 🙏☺️ Thank you!

Place is clean and host is very responsive. The room design is very asthetic. Drinking water is free and may mga seasonings na din sa kitchen. And its really spacious.

I came in for an overnight layover and had a late check-in. Floyd was very responsive and I had a seamless checkin and checkout experience. The space itself was clean, comfortable and quiet -- just what I needed the night before another flight!

If you wish to take a stroll through the city, it's quite accessible. Amenities: They have kid-friendly playground for your children to enjoy, also swimming pool for relaxation, and gym for those who want to work up a sweat. Clean and Organized: The property is modern, every detail is perfect, well maintained and squeaky clean. Well-Equipped Kitchen: It's fully equipped that is very convenient for the guest. Quality Rest: You'll have the nicest stay here because the space is extremely spacious The plqce was wonderfully peaceful, ideal for unwinding on vacation. You can aslo enjoy the view of the city lights from the balcony. It was indeed a home away from home. Security: The excellent security system will make you feel safe and protected inside. This place is highly recommended to anyone who are looking for a cozy place to

2nd time staying at Reyginea's place and would still be in my list of preferred places to stay whenever I'll be in the city. The place is clean, the location is very accessible and wifi is quite fast too. Miss Reyginea was also very responsive and helpful. I can confidently recommend staying at her place.

My parents really enjoyed their stay at Sahg's place. Very comfortable bed. Fast internet and lots of movies on YouTube. We ran out of drinking water close to the end of the trip...And Sahg immediately responded with some new jugs. Thank You Sahg.

The host is very nice considering that my mom broke the induction cooker. Also, the place is near SM City, Molo Mansion and Festive Mall. You can either ride an e-jeep or tricycle or just walk if you are fund of walking. The care taker is also accommodating and only 1 call away if you have concerns. Overall, it’s a great place in ilo ilo with a nice view and very affordable price.

The place is a cozy condo unit, indeed! The unit matches perfectly with the title listing, and no wonder it's a "Guest Favorite." You got all the things you need inside the unit—everything was so stylish. If anything is missing, you can request it from the hosts. They're super responsive and very kind. For me, the location is perfect. It's close to Ktown, Festive Walk, Emperador Museum, ILOMOCA, and so on. It's also pretty close to some of the tourist spots. Game changers: - Aesthetic unit - Comfy beds - even my senior parents found the pull-out bed comfortable. The upper bed is super comfortable! - Very accessible - Free use of swimming pool and gym - Welcoming and helpful staff members at the lobby -- the lobby always smells good. Overall, we had a blast after spending four days and three nights at Rowena and Madz's unit. Because of these game-changers, we'll book again if we plan to visit Iloilo again.

Convenient and near to attractions and restaurants. Unit was well-stocked and clean. The host is also very friendly and responsive. Definitely a good place to stay if you're exploring Iloilo.

The water from the shower smelled pretty bad but otherwise a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Alicia’s place! The unit is very spacious which we liked. The entire place was clean and tidy. We love that the beds are queen and king sizes. AC’s are working great in cooling the entire place. There is also heater in the shower. Also, the host was very easy to communicate with, plus she gave us cassava cake. :) Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you!

The unit was spotless, cozy, and had a wonderful homey vibe with a beautiful aesthetic. The bed and extra bed were incredibly comfortable. The location was fantastic, with easy access to local attractions. The host was very responsive, making everything hassle-free. We loved the thoughtful touches like complete toiletries, free coffee, water and biscuits, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. The unit also smelled fresh and inviting.
