Alessandro's Apartment is beautiful! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, as well as everything in the house. All-new! Wonderful silence to sleep and the privilege of waking up looking at the trees. Me and my family love everything! Alessandro gave us useful recommendations on how to get around without a car in the city. Has been kind in several situations. I'm sure I'll be back for days of rest. All amazing! Thank you!

Good and large apartment, ideal for a family as there are two bedrooms. A little outside, but the S-Bahn line 8 is right next door, with which you can easily get to the center. The kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped and there was no picture on the wall, which somewhat detracted from the coziness. At first, two blinds did not work. But were repaired as soon as possible. Good communication and help. Recommended due to the location to the S-Bahn and other peace!!!

We chose this apartment for our short vacation in Rome. Stefania is a super friendly host and has always been active in our questions or requests. The house was as described in the photos and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely keep it in mind as a property for our next visit to the capital.

Thanks to Iris and Daniella, lovely ladies and superb hosts. Totally responsive, nothing too much trouble. We spend many weeks each year in Rome and when visiting in hot weather like an apartment that has easy access to the centre of the city and also outdoor space for sunbathing, eating etc. Iris place ticked those boxes for us. Ponte Milvio is a super area with lots of great places to eat and drink. A pleasant walk down to the amazing old bridge and you can drop down to the bus station and there is also a fantastic tram service. Very frequent, takes 10 mins to Piazza del Popolo. Romes public transport is so easy to use and exremely pleasant to use and cheap. It became a very enjoyably part of our trip. There is also a bus stop opposite the apartment to save walking to the station. The apartment is a home from home. Everything you could need. We had a very happy three week stay and were well catered for. The apartment's out door space is fantastic with an amazing outdoor kitchen!

We highly recommend staying in this apartment as a starting point - great connection to the most important monuments, quick access and close proximity to the entrances. Ambra was very communicative as a host, helped us get from the airport to the apartment (we arrived at night), her directions were very helpful. The apartment is as described, clean, scented, with a lot of light. There are plenty of shops, restaurants in the area. Highly recommended and if we go back to Rome - we will also come back to this apartment:)

This place was great! It had everything we needed. The sun deck was perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon book. The location is amazing - many sites are easily walkable, but there is also public transport a stone’s throw away so you can get anywhere in the city easily. At the end of the block there are 2 cafes, a bar, and a little supermarket.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Vote 9.5/10. I arrived according to my convenience and although Alice did not immediately answer the phone (she called me back after 5 minutes), I knocked on the intercom and her sister came to open it for me. This is the only “flaw” of the stay. The house matches the description, there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes by car, it is quiet and has everything you need to cook. Upon arrival I found a bottle of fresh water in the fridge (I really needed it).

Great home, right near the old town of Sutri. Many great cafés and restaurant in the area. Matteo was very helpful and always caring host.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

Il Nido is a beautiful and spacious home. Every space is really well thought out and it's really cozy and comfortable. David is attentive, helpful and made our stay very easy and pleasant. It was great to be outside of Rome before catching the plane at FCO. We went to Lungomare and had a great day there, almost no tourists at all, mostly locals, great food, and a beautiful beach.

For my daughter and I, the stay was perfect what we were looking for. Away from the busy center in a cozy neighborhood, with the metro nearby. Nice breakfast and dining addresses nearby. We were warmly welcomed by Luca who provided us with some tips and arranged a taxi for us. Super friendly, very pleasant.

Raffaele's apartment is very well equipped, clean and neat. Raffaele is a very good host, the communication for check-in and check-out was proactive and clear. The location is outside the center of Ostia, where it is a bit quieter. It is within walking distance of the beach and the local sailing club. We had a very good stay and would definitely go back to this accommodation.

Ideal location for exploring Rome, with a beautiful terrace which was the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle and relax with a book. The bed was SO comfortable too!

We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Rome. A view from our window was the Colosseum. We did have a little difficulty finding the place. I recommend stating Santissimi instead of S.S. as our maps do not come up as that. There was a lot to do and the local market across the street was very convenient. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable.

I honestly had the best time staying at Antonella & Simon’s place. I’d like to first start off by saying, Antonella is an absolute angel on earth. She was so kind, welcoming and responsive. It was my first time in Rome and she really made me feel so welcomed. The apartment is exactly like it looks in the pictures and so close to the Colosseum and other attractions. The bed was comfy and the Antonella provided all the amenities you can think of. I also felt extremely safe staying here as a solo girl travelling. I genuinely would recommend this place, and I will be staying here for my next visit also which I pray is very soon. Thank you again to Antonella & Simon ❤️

fabrízio's apartment is very cozy, quiet, it has everything we need, and almost within the Vatican, quiet, in an easily accessible street with various options of restaurants, market, ice cream. Fabrizio was very kind in us to receive and show everything.

Had a wonderful stay at Micheles appartment. All the sightseeing was able to be reached by foot and there were a lot of restaurants & shops nearby. Would totally visit again. Check-In & Out was very flexible aswell.

Valerio was an awesome host. We needed a late check-in and he was very accommodating. He was very responsive no matter what time we messaged. He sent us a detailed list of things to do and places to eat before we even arrived. The condo was immaculate and smelled great too! We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean and the outdoor patio was great. The onsite, dedicated parking space was a must for us since we rented a car and it was located right outside the front gate. So convenient. The condo is just a short walk from St. Peter’s Square and there are restaurants to walk to just down the street. The area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying at Valerio’s place if you are visiting Rome and looking for a beautiful, safe place with things to do within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was everything we were looking for in Rome and more! Not only was the host incredibly responsive, had someone meet us in person and show us around, but also left an entire book filled with recommendations, guides and helpful tips and tricks. The place is small but incredibly efficient use of space. The location was perfect — the Trastevere area is just outside the chaos of the city but close enough to get to literally anything in 10 minutes by taxi or 20 minutes walking. We can’t speak highly enough of this place and the host! Already dreaming of coming back.
