We have stayed at all of the more expensive Airbnb‘s in GN. We live in Mulegé and whale watch every season, so finding decent accommodations is important, as I like to bring my family in from the US. This is the nicest Airbnb we've stayed at in GN so far. It's also expensive for a single bathroom house. That being said we will be booking again for next whale season, as the beds were comfy enough, the water was warm enough, and the hosts are exceptional. The hosts have truly thought of everything and provided what you need. Vacation rentals are my occupation, and this one is run well. That's worth every penny, don't hesitate to book this one!

This is the best option in GN. The home is in immaculate condition. The kitchen is big. Had plenty of seating and living room space is set up well. Having 3 bathrooms between 6 women was a huge benefit. The home is set up with everything you need. There are extra cozy warm blankets. A huge covered patio in the back. The entire home was in immaculate condition. Perla was extremely helpful, responsive, and gave wonderful recommendations. She went above and beyond for us. I’m looking forward to brining my guests back.

Julio has the perfect two bedroom house we had the pleasure of staying in, although it was only one night we felt right at home. We come to Guerrero Negro often and have tried many Airbnbs in the area and can say this is in our top five of favorite places to stay. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, the water pressure was great as was the hot water! No complaints. The place was easy to find, had parking right in front and Julio was very clear with the whole check in process and made himself available in case we needed anything. Would highly recommend checking this spot out for your next stay in the area.

We are so glad we found Conchita's place! It is a little jewel! I cannot say enough good things. First of all, Conchita was so friendly and responsive. I felt like I was visiting a family member who was really delighted to host me. I felt so very welcome. She thinks of just about everything! Even the table was beautifully set for us. The towels are literally wrapped with a ribbon. The whole place is clean and pristine. There is plenty of parking in safe gated area. It is quiet at night, close to all restaurants. Plus, Conchita not only had recommendations but sent the menus. She was like a Concierge in a 5 star hotel. Every detail is thought of for a comfortable stay. We hope to come back non our next visit to Baja!

This gringo from Philadelphia can't say enough good things about this place. Pamela put up with my countless issues be they access to my bicycle during my stay or the fine points about the washer (in my room!) and dryer. We used Google Teanslate to communicate. Always responsive. She even made coffee and cookies available for my insanely early departure. The place is spotless and very well appointed. Was close to whale watching. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.

This is a wonderful Airbnb! My room (#1) had its own bath and access to the balcony. I did walk into town for dinner and at over a mile it might be too far for some. The breakfast was excellent, bed was comfortable and my room was spacious.

i loved the place, really expect something very different, it met all my expectations and those of my family, if I return I would stay there again, I only recommend that they remove the honguito from the bathroom of the main bedroom and the cobwebs in the i terror of the ceilings. i loved the place ppr that was also very quiet, at the entrance of the city and near the main avenue.

Compared to the other available alternative, a hotel room, Perla's place stood out for several things. 1) we could prepare our own food. 2) AC was available for the bedroom we used making it extremely comfortable during sleeping hours. Everything was immaculate and supplies like paper towels, kitchen utensils, drinking water, bathroom paper, even soap and shampoo were supplied. This is one of the best places we have stayed while visiting different cities in Mexico. Perla was VERY responsive to questions we had and really made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The stay was very good, we felt comfortable and without problems. The stay is a second floor with narrow stairs and high but functional steps, the television did not work because it had a blow on the screen which I told the host. It matches the photos and the host was always on the lookout.

This entire place is immaculate. The yard is extremely secure and private. It is beautifully landscaped with many benches to sit on outside. The home is comfortable with everything you need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A couple of cute local dogs followed our car and wanted loving. The white one begged to come in to play with our dog but we did not allow that. I did give her lots of scratches though.
