Place was great! We loved the pac n play so our son could sleep and we didn’t have to bring one on the plane.

Really charming place-- Bigger than it appears in the photos and the front yard is much nicer-- The cabin is in a neighborhood (rather than a lone cabin) with houses a comfortable distance on either side but not unlike a suburban neighborhood-- despite that it feels secluded and the area is very rustic with great hikes and great little towns-- The place was comfy and well maintained and had a nice relaxed character-- just right for kicking back! I recommend!

The privacy, home design, and layout of the property were exceptional. A rainy weekend by any fireplace is special, here it was spectacular. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked. Adrian has beautifully appointed the interior. My stay was intentionally quiet and cozy but the style of the house had me wishing I was entertaining many friends. Frank Lloyd Wright would be proud.

My little family was in desperate need of a getaway and some quality family time. Jeannette's house was just what we needed. It was a cold and wet weekend in Rio Nido, but that was fine by us. The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful, and we had the most lovely dog walks exploring the area. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. The heated blankets were a nice touch! We made excellent use of the hot tub, and spied some cool wildlife from our very comfortable position in the jacuzzi. My daughter was very excited for the hot cocoa K-cup pods and I certainly appreciated the coffee options. The neighborhood was very quiet (I'm guessing because we were there in Feb. and not the more popular summer season). Having the Roadhouse so close was convenient, but we mostly did our own cooking. Friendly heads up that the smoke detectors are very sensitive (a good thing!) so turn on fan and open windows before cooking on the stove! :)

Jerry was an awesome host! We used this spot as home base for a bunch of day trips across Forestville, Cazadero, Jenner, Guerneville and Salt Point. We loved the secluded location and the hot tub. Jerry was so accommodating to our family and pup Koko. We even used the separate suite for our au pair. Thank you Jerry!

Russell’s Retreat is a perfect home to stay in if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing space. Kitchen is well equipped, hot tub is super clean as is the whole home. Will stay here, again.

This was a lovely place in a beautiful setting. The beds were very comfy, and having the jacuzzi on the deck was a real pleasure. There was lots of construction going on in the street, so it was a little noisy, but otherwise a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this adorable cottage. Extremely peaceful and as others have mentioned, much larger than the photos depict. Our dogs loved exploring the spacious yard and we felt so cozy and at home playing games around the fireplace. We stayed on a mostly rainy weekend, but there was still so much to do. Would love to enjoy this home in the warmer months. Thanks again to Russian River Getaways for another great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, very private and quiet. Great location among the wineries of northern Sonoma County. Kitchen was great, and we enjoyed the fireplace every evening. Thank you!

We had a great weekend at Robin’s Airbnb. Good location/ close to stores, but also felt very private and peaceful.. it was a beautiful sunny/ hot weekend in Santa Rosa and we spent the whole time outside by the pool/ hot tub, it was exactly what we needed. Robin was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. Thanks for a great stay!

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. A beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping. One suggestion: two bedrooms must share a bathroom and shower.

Not only was the house super cute with big pool and hot tub, but a well stocked kitchen with quality pots and pans, snacks, and wonderful gas range. We had a great time staying at happy house and Brook was super friendly and gracious. She rushed over when there was a question and was so helpful.

Stewart's place way very comfortable. It accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed. Relaxing to lounge in the back, enjoy the pool and hot tub. Easy to find, and in a good location. Stewart also reached out with instructions and welcoming reassure if we needed anything.

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Great place! My only disappointment was that we couldn't use the pool because it had flooded a few weeks prior and it hadn't been cleaned out. The pool was one of the reasons I booked this home. It would've been nice to have been told we couldn't use it.

Had a great stay! The place was very clean and in a convenient location.

Enjoyed a relaxing weekend in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The private yard with flowers and flowering bushes was especially delightful. We arrived to find a bottle of wine waiting for us which set the tone for our weekend of wine tasting.

Wonderful 150 year old farmhouse in a quiet area. I loved reading about the family history of the place, which has been in their family since it was built in 1871. It was a lovely, peaceful setting with beautiful vineyards out back and redwood trees very nearby. The wineries, hiking and restaurants we wanted were easily accessible from the house. The heating system is quite old so if anyone is staying there in the winter, be prepared. Otherwise, the house has been nicely updated.

Our stay at Madeline’s home was very nice and comfortable. Getting into the home was easy and I didn’t feel pressure to arrive at a certain time. The shared bathroom between the rooms was the biggest difficulty for us. But overall good experience.

10/10 stay!! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Loved being on a quiet street. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect place to stay ! The cottage is so warm and cozy, extremely clean, so many nice amenities. It’s back from the street so it’s very quiet - with a beautiful green space in front with a table to sip morning coffee. I love the split bathroom - shower in one room and toilet/sink in another room. The kitchen is spacious , the bedroom has a big closet, the kitchen is perfect, and the living room area is so comfortable. Laundry room is close and there is great driveway parking. It is truly a wonderful place to stay !
