Anette was a wonderful host - very helpful and responsive. The cabin was exactly what we were looking for - slightly remote, private, with a stunning view, and a very cosy interior. It was also incredibly equipped with everything you could need. Will definitely recommend Anette’s place to all friends & family visiting Norway.

The cabin is nicely located with lovely views. Nice amenities, and close to ski slopes and downhill. André is nice and follows up during your stay. It's easy to get an answer to what we're wondering about and experience him as very accessible. We have had a great time this weekend. We are happy to rent this cabin several times. Thank you for us.

Fantastic stay, the cabin feels larger than the photos. The view is stunning and the area very calm. Theresa was extremely helpful and nice to deal with, we loved our stay and will hopefully revisit!

For us, the holiday in Thomas‘ house was a unique experience - we loved it! From start to finish we felt extremely comfortable: in the hot tub, by the fireplace, in the cozy living room, in the comfortable beds, on the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The surroundings are very quiet, the loudest is the river next to the house. 😉 We were all alone at this time of the year during the week, only on weekends other houses were inhabited in the neighborhood. The small ski resort nearby is just right for a few days of skiing on weekends. Great trails for cross-country skiing are available in Dagali/Vasstulan, only 10 min by car. A car is definitely an advantage (also for shopping). For us, it was a great week with lots of nature, fun in the snow, relaxation and peace! I'm sure we'll be back 😊

Nice cottage in great surroundings. Nice cross-country skiing nearby. Got a quick response and good help with questions. Google referred to a rather small, crooked road up, where it probably requires four-wheel drive in some of the bow. If you come from the south as we did, there is a better way up if you go into Fåvang. In summary, we'd love to come back.

The second time we rent the cabin. Perfect location for us who were going to an event at Hornsetvangen. Proximity to the ski slope was also plus this time. The cabin is well equipped with what you need. Great cabin 😊

Staying at Jan's cottage felt like being invited to stay by a friend who trusts you to look after their belongings. It's very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The cottage is right out in the countryside, which is wonderful - peace and quiet, lovely views, and we saw a mountain hare very close by. You definitely need a car, or to be a good skier in winter! We had very unusual freeze/thaw conditions and our hired car was inadequate for driving up and down the small road. Jan was really helpful, making sure the road was snow-ploughed, and responding very quickly to queries. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful week in Halvard's cottage. Fortunately, there was enough snow for cross-country skiing. We often visited the nearby cafe. Our dog also felt comfortable.

Very nice cabin in beautiful surroundings! 🤩 We had some problems with the water upon arrival, due to many days of proper Norwegian winter cold. The host was quickly on the ball and sorted out without any issues. Nice communication all the way, and very solution-oriented. We are delighted with our stay, and it's possible we'll be back 😊

What a great experience it was to spend a few winter days in this cozy hytte! Pink-coloured sky in the morning, skiing in fresh snow as well as on freshly prepared tracks, breathtaking views of the Rondane mountains, lazy evenings with warm food and books and even such rarities as the northern lights and nacreous clouds were the highlights of our stay. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful.

We had a nice stay in the cabin. Although there are instructions to find it, it is still a little tricky to find the way to the cabin. Thanks for hosting us! :)

We spent a week in winter in this lovely cottage, and already want to book again! The cabin was perfect for our family of four. We lit up the wood-burning stove (thanks for the firewood), made pancakes, played games, and slept really well after long days out in the snow in the good weather. In the morning, you stood up to the most beautiful view. In the frost weather, we could scrape an ice rink for ourselves on the ice on the lake. And we drove the 45 minutes to Aurdal and ski several days. Best winter vacation we've had. Thank you Marcus! Top winter getaway

We had amazing days in the cabin! We went skiing in Ål, Geilo and the last day in Nesfjell. Also went length on nearby tracks. Very cozy cottage and the view was magical. There were some cabins around but it barely appeared from the house and it felt very private. Really recommended!
