This place is lovely! Slept super well- top notch dark and quiet bedroom! House is spacious, bright and kitchen well equipped. We were warm and cozy during some very cold nights!

Excellent location to disconnect, very quiet. The accommodation has everything to make your stay comfortable. Very pleasant sea and attentive service for whatever you need. Very good area for hiking, in the house you have information about the area. We'll probably do it again. The pool is an extra tip.

Once again we have been staying upstairs and it's very nice to be there. The street and village are beautiful and picturesque. The house is renovated, retaining the essence of charming village house. Vera personally welcomed us and explained her wonderfully prepared and very cozy house to us. She also recommended a lot of excursion destinations to us and we had a very nice conversation with her. The place was clean and very comfortable. There were candles, pillows and cozy seating everywhere, by the pool, on the roof, on the terrace... Wonderful! All amenities worked smoothly and Vera was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

We stayed 10 nights (€330/night airbnb fees included). The apartment is located on the 10th floor where the terrace is amazing, private with stunning sea views. Neighbors are also rentals (have to live with it). The environment is very beautiful and green 🌴 without a car! The apartment is new, very well decorated, very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large chromecast TV. It is very bright with roller shutters for gentle awakenings and very functional air conditioning. The parking space in the basement is very convenient. The pool is great, very clean, open until 10pm. Communication with Sergio, who is the owner of the apartment, was fabulous. He was very concerned about our well-being ❤️ To make this experience to a higher level, it would take a comfortable outdoor sofa, sunbeds, a beach pack, more towels, stable wifi, a coffee machine, a kettle, a welcome booklet with info. 🌊

Beautiful location, fantastic roof terrace with kitchen and washing machine. Very quiet (October). Between birdsong and sea sounds from sunrise to sunset. Super nice sea, super nice Valencia and cute pucol! Very friendly Spanish area! Paco was always available with help and very accommodating. Many thanks for the nice two weeks!!! Sandra and family

A breathtaking view!!!! A very nice apartment, very well located , close to all amenities and the beach, private parking at the residence! ( only small concern but not catastrophic since we were waterfront: the air conditioning that didn't work properly...).

We had a fantastic stay at Arleta's place. Particularly liked the location on the extensive beach as well as the great communication with Arleta. We will be happy to come back.

Silviu is an excellent host with great communication ahead of our arrival - especially given recent events in the area. He was very welcoming on arrival and able to provide very useful local information. Everything was as described and he was very accommodating with a travel cot and toys for the kids. Our stay was cut short due to a family situation at home, so we do hope to return to Valencia in the future to be able to explore more and Silviu’s listing will be the first that we local for.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near the sea. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay. Not only is the apartment great but the location (so close to the beach) and the pool is perfect to spend a few days with your family and relax. Enrique and his wife have been very attentive, both in helping us with activities in the area (we recommend the Sant Josep cave) and in the cleanliness and conditions of the apartment. Thanks again!

Review: Biopark View Apartment in Valencia Our stay at the Biopark View Apartment in Valencia was pleasant and comfortable. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious, leaving a great first impression upon arrival. The location is ideal, situated between the city and the airport, making it very convenient for travelers. Additionally, the metro is reasonably close, offering quick connections to both the city center and the airport. The neighborhood features some charming local restaurants and bakeries, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a bite to eat without having to travel far. Picking up the key and accessing the apartment was smooth and hassle-free, adding to a worry-free start to our stay. All in all, this is an excellent base for exploring Valencia, with a good balance of comfort and location. Highly recommended!

Very cozy house with all the amenities needed to spend the stay, both Alicia and Oscar her husband, very attentive. The town and great surroundings to disconnect and beautiful places to visit, as well as its people who are wonderful and treat you beautifully. The house is very nice to spend a few days. It has everything you need. They will soon put on WiFi, but they will not have to disconnect and enjoy the family more. The worst and it has nothing to do with the house, it is the difficulty of getting around the streets that are so narrow and a double sense of the village.

We spent the December ouente in Paloma's house. I can only say it was amazing, suitable for those who have the heart and the open spirit. Both her and her son are love. And enjoy Olba and its mountains... the most beautiful mountains. Paloma gives you information on how to go to all the mountains surrounding their home.

We went to Cabra de Mora the whole family, (8 adults and 6 children) because it was my grandparents' village and we have no home there. We were all able to comfortably stay. In addition, a party weekend coincided and Antonio (host) offered to change the dates if we were looking for peace of mind. We decided to stay to see the environment and it was great, that our children saw, the bulls, the parties and the town as we remembered when we were little. The house is very nice, centrally located ( although the village is very small), and very well equipped for a few days of disconnection. Antonio gave us all the necessary information and facilities for check-in and check-out. Recommended.

The house is well located, on a quiet street just away from the center of town. It is just as pictured, and a warm, cozy, unique place to return to for a quiet evening at home after climbing. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable and appointed with ample blankets and pillows. Our group was 4 single adults, and the space worked just fine, but the arrangement would be best for two couples (each with their own bedroom / double bed) with one extra guest in the small bedroom on the main floor (5 total). The additional sofa-style beds were in the same bedroom as the double beds. They are a bit smaller and would work for kids or more low-key travelers who don't need a lot of personal / private space. The living room was great for fires and eating around the coffee table. The deck was great for sitting outside, and would be good for summer dining. Wifi worked well, and there was a washer (although we didn't use it). Tanis was a fabulous host and very good at making sure we had directions to town, information on stores, the bus and area in general. He also made a great deal of time to help us get settled, and gave us an in-person tour of the house upon arrival. Definitely a sweet spot for a Chulilla visit and happy to recommend!

Very cute little house, in a pleasant village, not far from the central square always lively compared to the size of the village! Nice view from the terrace, and the floor very well appointed. Estanislao was very responsive and welcoming

We, Peter, Alin and me, liked the location of Masia San Juan: away from the busy city centre, surrounded by lovely kaki fields. Here we were able to relax after running the marathon. Yet, we were able to reach all destinations in about half an hour (by rental car as the nearby underground didn’t run after the flood catastrophy). The overall charm of the historical building is so impressive that we did not really miss some more kitchen utensils. Arturo was a perfect host: from the mail communication to his recommendations. We would especially like to thank him for the organization of a gala dinner with Geoffrey Campo and his team. We were witnesses of all fish prepared on the outdoor barbeque grill of the house. This tasty event was the climax of our five-day-stay in Valencia!
