Naphis, was very responsive and friendly. Never waited more than a minute for a response. The house was immaculate and way larger than we had anticipated. The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool was warm and the outdoor area is beautiful. Be sure to use bug spray outside. We appreciated that there were cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and extra towels readily available. This was a family trip but we already agreed if this property is available next time we visit we are absolutely securing this house. It was in a gated community and less than 20 minutes to almost all of the attractions around. We were killing time to check in at the mall and Naphis let us know we could check in just after 1 because the cleaning person finished early. 10 stars

This place is absolutely beautiful.The views are gorgeous,the pool is big and deep for swims with your family.The gym is a plus! Cooking in the kitchen outside by the pool was just amazing ,I could say it looks better in person than in the photos! Andrea was helpful and communicative and friendly.They do live in the property but you don’t see them at all, they give you all the privacy.They do have a baby that you can hear at times but nothing that bothered us at all. You can hear nature in the night and it helps you sleep peacefully. The experience was a 4.8 due to the fact that they had recently installed ac in one of the rooms but was not working the ac was leaking a lot which caused a foul smell in the room. Andrea did let me know about the ac not working and I also told her about the smell. The WiFi was also down for 2 days which I also communicated to her about. She was very apologetic and she did reach out to see how she could make things better. Overall I will still book again

Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

This was my favorite airbnb experience of my life. The house is so unbelievably comfortable, everything is almost 15 minutes to anything you possibly want to do on the island, I got to see so many beautiful animals right behind the house, the sun rises RIGHT ALONG THE BACKYARD, and the host / entire family were SO WARM AND WELCOMING! I knew it was going to be a great stay when the very first day our host showed up to our house with a freshly cut papaya that they just took down that morning. It was so unbelievably fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I also had the privilege of staying here during the infamous New Year’s Eve blackout!!! We were so lucky that the house had a back up generator and that everything we possibly needed, the host made sure of. It was pretty hard to find food on New Year’s Eve, and the host came by with a plethora food for us. I can’t get over how intimate the stay was & I can’t wait to come back & experience it again!!This stay is how airbnb SHOULD BE :)

Was really easy to get there with Google maps. Once we got there it was super easy to get in everything was nice and spacious for my family of 5. We enjoyed of the pool, dining/living room area. The kitchen was great she is super thoughtful and has all the essentials and basic condiments. In one of the bathrooms she has a corner with different essentials products. We would definitely recommend to stay here it is a short drive to beaches. And would definitely love to return.

This place was a 10 out of 10! From check in to check out we loved our stay, with our boys age 9 and 11. The outdoor area was awesome and we enjoyed the pool and the relaxing atmosphere. The landscaping and greenery was so lush and tropical- truly felt like a vacation. The home had everything we needed. The BEDS and linens were SO Comfortable! The office space was nice and the separation of the living room to the bedrooms was great too! We found many places to eat nearby- we drove to them all. A car is a must here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and we had an amazing time. The home is even better than the pictures!

The home was beautiful. The surrounding was great, everything was close by about 20 minutes away to everything. Beds were so comfortable and the blackout winds had to sleeping like a baby. Julio was very quick to respond. Will stay here again for sure! Thank you Julio!

I stood for a week with my bestfriend. We loved how private it was yet wasn’t too far from San Juan. We always got in the pool in the mornings and never wanted to leave. The serenity of the place felt magical especially at sunrise. We wished we could’ve extended our stay but there was another reservation which I’m not surprised. Definitely coming back soon!

Okay, you guys are NOT going to believe how amazing our Airbnb in Puerto Rico was! Seriously, from the second I messaged the host, they were like lightning with their responses – so fast and helpful! And the scenery? Absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to those beautiful views every morning was pure bliss. Plus, there was this incredible bakery just a short walk away – fresh pastries every day? Yes, please! The drive from the airport was an absolute dream – only 20 minutes and super easy to navigate. The location was perfect too, we were so close to everything! And for families? This place is a MUST! It was so family-friendly, we all had the best time. Honestly, I'm already counting down the days until we can go back. If you're heading to Puerto Rico, you HAVE to stay here – you won't regret it! Highly, highly recommend!

Had such an amazing 30th birthday here, the house was BEAUTIFUL, and made me and my guest feel safe and secure! Every room was pristine! The host replied quickly, with a solution to any and everything. Even with the one jump scare we did have they were responsive and quick it was really calming actually. I truly appreciate this stay and will tell everyone who thinks about going to Puerto Rico to BOOK W ANA!! You will not be upset if you do. Best decision I made for this trip.

The backyard makes everything worth it, it’s beautiful and has a great view of the bay. It does look into a more industrial part of the bay. It was a touch smaller than expected but with only two of us we had plenty of space but if you have 7 people (2 for each of the king and queen and 1 each for each twin) it would get pretty cramped. If you want to stay where locals live and get a more accurate feeling of how Puerto Rico really is this is the place. It is not the nicest neighborhood but with the gate, my wife and I felt perfectly safe. It is only about 5 minute drive a nice boardwalk with plenty of restaurants and a ferry which was nice. Overall it’s a nice space and we enjoyed it and would recommend with the previous qualifiers. Eduardo was very nice recommended things and communicated very well.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect—just as pictured, if not better! The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was incredible; the host was responsive, helpful, and made us feel right at home. It’s in a great location, only about 20 minutes from La Placita and all the nightlife, but still peaceful and relaxing when you’re ready to unwind. Easily one of the best experiences you could have in Puerto Rico. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Christopher was extremely responsive and attentive with us during our stay. This Airbnb is exactly as in the photos and description. Good space for 2, very clean, comfortable, it had hot water, and AC along with fan which worked great. Christopher also provided very clear instructions prior to arrival which helped us have a smooth check in. My best friend and I had a not so great, experience traveling to PR (delays/cancelation of 13hrs) which made us loose a night at the airbnb in the beginning of our trip, and Christopher was kind enough to offer us an extra night at his place at no additional charge. We couldn't stay but felt like that was a very nice gesture on his behalf being that he did not have to offer that. The pool is gorgeous, big, and so clean! Definitely a plus to have while vacationing. We really had a great, comfortable stay at Christophers and highly recommend!

This is was a great value. The apartment is in a great location for getting to beach and walking distance of restaurants and shops. Although it may not look like the greatest neighborhood we were comfortable and the neighbors very pleasant.The terrace was a nice bonus.

Our stay was great, the house was exactly as pictured and described. Lara was a great host and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner, would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay with 5 of my friends here. Home was beautiful. Super nice decor and great views. We rented a car and were able to get Ubers when necessary although they would sometimes cancel but overall we were able to get around. Few of the fans we were unable to get to work but other than that everything was in working order and Jassiel was a great host who communicated promptly every time I reached out. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and I will be back❤️

They were very friendly and the communication for what you need was instantaneous... They resolved everything quickly. I felt right at home, I was looking for peace and quiet, and I got it. Will definitely stay again.

This place was a beautiful stay for my family vacation. It really felt like we were home! House was in walking distance of a Starbucks and small plaza with other foods. We were 15 minutes or so from downtown Sanjuan. The pool and backyard were spacious and looked just like the photos. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking needs, and eatery for kids as well. Enough parking space to fit 4 or 5 cars if needed. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. Enough towels in the house for everyone! Pool and regular towels. Overall I would definitely come back and even recommend this spot to friends. Thanks for the stay! <3

Place was a great find in middle of Condado. Great pool and right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and needed some extra things. Building personnel were very nice as well and helped out. Bunch of restaurants and bars to walk to. Grocery store nearby. Convection oven and microwave combo. Nice kitchen. Confortable rooms and space. Parking space is not included but available to rent. There are schools in front so traffic can be hectic.

Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

This condo is very comfortable and perfect for a couples/friends trip! The space is very private with the balcony, and the fenced in pool out back. The 24/7 doorman also made us feel very safe and accommodated!

For the price, you can’t beat it. Great ocean views. Do not forget to wear a shirt and shoes and NO SAND whatsoever. Security is very observant on those. Otherwise, safe and great location, access to the pool and beach, and a nice unit.
