The apartment was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed having enough space to comfortably unpack and a space to relax in the living room while we planned our days. The location is very convenient, and the host was very communicative.

I loved staying here! One of my favorite stays by far. It's located in a great location and the gated community made us feel safe. It was very clean. we really made use of the gym equipment provided and the terrace was great to do the workouts and to gain some sun even just for tanning! Would definitely stay here again.

It is very nice, the host is very friendly and the supermarket is at 3 minutes from the house by car so you can buy snacks and stuff for your stay.

Our stay at Casa Coqui was nothing short of amazing! I stayed here with my six siblings, and the space was absolutely perfect for our group. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home, warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, with such a friendly vibe that made us feel instantly comfortable and safe. One of my favorite parts of the stay was being able to cook breakfast and dinner for my family in the well-equipped kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home. The in-house washer and dryer were super convenient, especially for a group of our size. We had an El Yunque excursion and were able to wash and dry everything once we got back home. Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured, if not better! The location is ideal ,we were just a quick 20-minute drive to La Placita, where we enjoyed a fun night out at Club Tulum. The home was beautiful. The surrounding was great, everything was close by about 20 minutes away to everything. Beds were so comfortable and the blackout winds had to sleeping like a baby. Julio was very quick to respond. Will stay here again for sure! Thank you Julio!

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

Was really easy to get there with Google maps. Once we got there it was super easy to get in everything was nice and spacious for my family of 5. We enjoyed of the pool, dining/living room area. The kitchen was great she is super thoughtful and has all the essentials and basic condiments. In one of the bathrooms she has a corner with different essentials products. We would definitely recommend to stay here it is a short drive to beaches. And would definitely love to return.

We had a lovely stay. The patio was a lovely place to sit in the morning and at the end of the night. It was very private. The home was very clean. Parking out front. Also very centrally located for us to visit multiple place around the city. This was our first time using an airbnb and we were very happy satisfied.

Carmen was amazing made it so easy for us to check in and rebook after checking out and deciding to stay in Puerto Rico for a few days longer. Thank you again for everything.

The Condado Oasis was well detailed and perfectly located for restaurants and the beach. Traffic and construction noise took getting used to, but we still really enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony in comfortable chairs. Overall it was wonderful and we hope to come back again!

I give this home a 10/10. The pictures does no justice to the actual space. The views are to die for!! The home was just as described and more. It was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for my family to feel right at home. The location is centrally based. I have no complaints and will definitely be back.

I was celebrating my anniversary weekend and the location was perfect for all the planes I made. The apartment was clean and we love the quality time that my girlfriend and I spend together. We will come back soon. If you’re looking to stay in San Juan, please book this place, most of the restaurants, shops, nightlife, and groceries are close by.

Jose’s apartment was just what I was looking for. Everything I needed was nearby. Condado beach was steps away and the fantastic Ocean Park Beach was about a ten minute flat walk away. I reached Old San Juan by (free!) bus and even walked back once along the shore with a whole lot of joggers... Jose communicated thoroughly and in a very friendly manner... The place was well supplied with what you need for a stay at the beach… mostly, lots of towels and even a couple of beach chairs, as well.

This was the most perfect place for our few days in San Juan. I cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect location if you want to be in the middle of it all, everything is walkable. The Airbnb itself was exactly as expected if not better. We had a hiccup with the shower on our first day / no hot water but our host was very quick to proactively help and get a solution for us. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable I’m still dreaming about it. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!!

Rufo was a great "Super Host." Communication was easy and he was quick to respond if we had any questions. He gave tips on things to do, where to park, places to explore. He even came to check in on us when the entire island lost power for 2 days. I would recommend the condo that we rented and using Rufo as a host. We will definitely be coming back to Puerto Rico and contacting Rufo for a place to stay.
