Wow what a beautiful family home Felipe shares with you! He loves his home and his country and is very easy to talk to and get recommendations from. You can tell this is a well loved family home and comes with a very sweet donkey named Margarita too. Wonderful location easy Uber to Quito but you get access to nature and quiet nights. Lots of room to park cars. Really nice outdoor space. The dryer doesn’t work but it’s okay to hang dry clothing. I think it would be nice if they could put a lockbox with a code at the front door so you don’t have to coordinate exact arrival times to meet someone to let you in. The host was staying many nights in a downstairs room of the house so he is happy to help with anything. Seemed like a really nice nearby town and safe area. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place to anyone. Very good value! Thanks for having us!

We were all happy, the place is comfortable, nice, it has everything you need to be well, nearby you have what you need in case you need to buy something, quiet, we really enjoyed the place, I would go again, totally recommended

The house is excellent. Everything is new and pristine just like the photos, and very comfortable. Good location, quiet and safe, with a bakery and store right next door. This was my 2nd time staying here and will definitely come back. Johanna is a really nice person and excellent host.

The Most Incredible Experience on this fifth. Everything was in perfect condition, the spaces were well cared for and full of details. It's pet-friendly, which was ideal for our family. The hot pool was a big plus, always clean and ready to enjoy. The audio system is spectacular, and we loved play spaces. A perfect place to relax and have fun!

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

We had a great stay. -Sparkling clean and spacious new house, didn't feel cramped with 10 people sleeping there. -The caretaker lives on site and is available to help with anything. He takes care of the pool, preparing and cleaning it for you, covering it up at night, etc. You'll see him around the property some taking care of everything, but he doesn't get in the way. -We enjoyed the heated pool. It takes a day to really warm up to the max temperature, so it felt pretty cold the first day, but after that was great even when the sun wasn't out. -The chaquiñan bike trail (which goes all the way to Cumbayá, like ~25 miles) is one block away so it's super convenient -Great host, very responsive -The only hiccup we had was that the caretaker wasn't answering his phone to let us in when we first arrived, so we had to wait for 15 minutes, but that was a small thing. Overall, highly recommend - thank you!

Spacious, modern apartment with all amenities and well located

I enjoyed every day we stayed at Maria Trinidad's place! - the place is well-located, new building with amenities (reservations req'd), great appliances and an amazing view. Maria is a great host and human being, always responsive and proactive. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and if I ever go back, will stay again!

We feel so lucky to have found this Quito apartment! Its location is ideal (right next to la Parque Carolina) and close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Check-in was very easy - the building pass and apartment code made entering so easy and we felt very safe. And, the city view from the 11th floor is beautiful, as well as a view of Cotopaxi. Wendy and Xavier were wonderful hosts. Their place was exceptionally clean and well organized, and it included all the amenities we needed. They were very attentive and responsive to messages, and we were incredibly grateful that they allowed us to check out a bit later due to a late evening flight. We highly recommend both the apartment and the hosts, and I definitely hope to stay there again during any future visits to Quito.

As always, staying at Diana’s place is perfect for central Quito close to the park Carolina.

Nice apartment, very comfortable and functional. Strategically located in a quiet, quiet, quiet residential area, but very close to public transportation and many nice restaurants. Recommended

Some inconveniences with the cleanliness of the apartment, they solved it but it was a little annoying experience. The shower tub is not working. The apartment needs urgent maintenance. Katy is very friendly, she tried to resolve the issue of grooming, very good communication. It wasn't a good experience at this listing 😔

We spent almost a week in Ali's place. The location is great, close to Park Ejido, Metro station, store and restaurants around and the view few from the terrace is stunning. In good weather conditions even the volcanos could be seen from room. The communication was good with her. We tried to extend our stay but she was fully booked, which is totally understandable :-)

We had a great stay at Joha’s place in Quito. It’s a mere 10 minute walk from the historical center and there were lots of little convenience and veggie shops along the road. The apartment itself is super-cute and comfortable, and we loved having an inner courtyard that provided us sunlight and a bit of separation from street noise. The whole apartment was squeaky clean and Johanna was always friendly, helpful with recommendations and easily reachable. Would love to stay again.
