I cannot not say enough great things about the place and the host, David. the place looked just like the pictures. The place was cozy and we felt at home. It was exactly what we needed specially after going through some stressful situations. He was very helpful and allowed for the people that came to help us and my mom to come in the apartment for the time we needed the help for. Very responsive and always available the few times I called with a few questions. Unfortunately, because of the power outages we didn't get to use all the amenities but that is not David's fault is just the situation that the country is going through. I definitely recommend David's place and David as your host whenever in Ecuador. The place has everything you need and the location is also great! Thanks David for making our stay a great one!

Mrs. Miriam and Mr. Carlos were very kind. Always very polite and always responded quickly. Mr. Carlos has already made some trips to other countries and that's an advantage. The house is very spacious. Many rooms and a spacious backyard behind the house. The building is not very close to the historic center, it is about 40 minutes from the Centre, but, on the other hand, it is only about 10 minutes from la Mitad del Mondo, so for me there was no problem. It was genius. I didn't feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood, though, you can call a taxi and in 8 minutes you're in a nice shopping mall where you have everything you need. And I would like to note that the internet, the bed and the pillows are very comfortable, as are the silence. They were perfect. I felt at home!
