The apartment is located in a lively, pleasant and safe area of Guayaquil : along the river with plenty of bars, animations and restaurants around. Can be a little noisy at night though.... The apartment has an outstanding view on the river...It is very comfortable, well equipped with anything you might need...The communication with the building staff is very easy : they were friendly, responsive and most helpful to us....

This is a great unit located in a very safe area within Guayaquil. You can find many cafes and restaurants near the unit, and it has a great beach walk.

The experience was excellent from the start. The response times were very quick and Diego was very friendly, clearly explaining all the instructions. Upon arrival, Mr. Orlando welcomed us very kindly. The place was spotless, with every detail well cared for. The bathroom was very clean and equipped with towels, soap and a shower with hot water. Although we did not use the kitchen completely, it seemed nice, well distributed and functional. The room was comfortable and we were able to rest perfectly. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much
