Vacation rentals with lake access in Guayas

My staying at the Bellini tower was excellent love the suite and whole building super clean 💯💯 Mis Martha was extremely kind an amazing host she answered right away with anything you need she finds the solution fast. The place is very easy to access also very very safe with security 24/7 the pool is amazing with a nice view. Nice restaurant around close to the tower. Very close to the airport. my main concerned about booking this place was safety. I feel very safe there with my family. I will definitely come back there when I come back to visit Guayaquil, I recommend this place 💯💯 thank you Thank Martha for the good service Kind regards Lucy

The place is perfect,ideal to spend it between friends or couple...just like extra a darkened curtain in the bedroom q gives the river xq the sun woke up very early lol and a hair dryer as an extra from there everything perfect I will return soon

The Department is very complete two very comfortable and spacious rooms with bathroom each, a well equipped cooked and allows you to cook very well ... it has integral air conditioning, which cools fast , I had to turn it off at night ... the view is spectacular to the Guayas River, located in Puerto Santa Ana , it is behind Las Peñas , very close walking to the lighthouse ... it is a few steps down the Malecon the Museum of Barcelona and emelec ... It has a private taxi service that facilitates your arrival if you come from the airport .. they are very attentive and safe … at the reception they are friendly , there are guards throughout the building taking care of access … At the top there is a gym , I used it the treadmill and a solarium type pool on the 15th floor, plus a jacuzzi … Communication was fast and excellent , I highly recommend it… there is a small Market store a few steps away … Uber works great … from there and a very popular cereria a few steps away sweet and coffe …

This place exceeded my expectations. The decor is beautiful, the place is very comfortable and the host service was exceptional. Would come back again. Loved this place !!

The host is very attentive to every need always ready to help and answer our questions. One person is left to help with any needs. Facilities are complete. It has everything you need out of town, has volleyball court, has sports equipment to enjoy badminton, table tennis, bicycles, pool, and exercise machines. It is a safe place to walk in the surroundings with a nice environment, many trees and creeks in the surroundings. The spaces are well preserved and illuminated, has wifi and A/C in the rooms all functional. The kitchen is well equipped and the grill area is very spacious and clean. They have area with fruit trees that if you are lucky you can enjoy some. There is also a shop nearby going by car, so if they didn't bring any details for cooking it is feasible to get it. In the morning the weather is very rich with a pleasant mist. My recommendation is to bring repellent!
