My first time staying with Monica was 8 years ago. And now I felt at home again, thank you for everything. It is a nice apartment with everything you need.

The security was great and I felt safe knowing that they thoroughly vetted everyone who entered the building. The apartment itself was so clean, and having access to air conditioning after the hot days was a real treat! Everything was squeaky clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the area felt very secure and not far from the airport. Maria was very communicative and responsive, and she was accommodating to whatever we needed. The only difficulty was parking, since the public parking closed at night and on sundays, and it was somewhat difficult parking the car outside. But even so, very manageable, and would return in an instant!! (:

The property is exactly as described and I had all of Rosanna's support to make hosting the best it could be. The apartment is in a prime region of Guayaquil and features two shopping malls within a five-minute walk. Check-in is very easy, as the building has a 24-hour front desk and all you have to do is identify yourself to pick up the key. The place has a full kitchen, although I didn't use it, but it can be quite useful for those who stay for several days. Anyway, I totally recommend Rosanna and her apartment.

Ceci and her brother Carlos are very helpful and friendly. The apartment is close to the airport (but not on the flight path) and to the city centre as well as to Samborondon. The building staff are friendly but very vigilant - you will not find strangers in the building. Highly recommended!

Everything was great.

The place was clean, sheets, towels, everything in general, just like the photographs, the person who received us was super attentive when we needed it, and I felt very safe. The complimentary drinks are a plus, as are the toiletries in the very complete bathroom. Thank you, we will go back!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. A large TV, A/C, full kitchen. I felt right at home. Bruno and Paola were quick to respond to my questions. A highly recommended place!
