Apartment vacation rentals in Guayama

I felt very comfortable, there was usually a lot of silence. The apartment is comfortable and Flor responded very quickly to all my doubts and the incidents that occurred due to a tropical storm. I went for family reasons and it was very nice, after a day full of medical procedures and visits, to get to a place where I felt at home.

love this place! my husband played golf and the kids and I spent the day at the club house. Amazing!

The apartment was comfortable and all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Microwave was a little dirty and informed owner immediately. Overall a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. Miriam’s apartment was super clean and uncluttered. The bed in the master bedroom is heavenly - one of the plushest, most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The best part is the yard. It’s very private, and Miriam has provided all sorts of sitting areas, chairs, and a gazebo. There are both a gas and a charcoal grill. Pets are allowed, and my dog loved exploring and racing around the fenced in yard. There was an area of the yard where a small dog might be able to squeeze out, but a medium to large size dog would be well contained. There is a magnificent view of the mountains. The pool is large, with clean water. The pool starts shallow then gradually slopes to a deep area. The pool area and most of the yard are lit at night by solar lights and motion sensor lights. Miriam responded to all communication very quickly. I highly recommend this apartment, and I hope to stay again in the summer. Actually, I wish I were still there right now!

Absolutely perfect, I WILL be staying here again if it is available when I travel over there. I cannot stress enough how good the stay was and recommend this spot for anyone who wants a peaceful and little slice of Puerto Rico!

What a GEM! The views at this place are absolutely amazing! If you stay here, make sure you make the time to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. They are breathtaking! Getting to the location is a tad difficult but definitely worth it. Laura stopped by to check on us and offered some local treats. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and seasonings. The indoor/ outdoor living in the Balcones unit was the perfect blend of Puerto Rican living. Loved this place!

we only stayed here one night, arriving late and leaving early the next morning. so, we didn’t see much of caguas beyond the excursion we set out to go on. that said, maribel’s place was perfect! clean and equipped with all we needed! even better than expected!

I would definitely come back, everything was great, very quiet place. Flight was delayed and even tho we got there very late he answered the phone and guided us to the place.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo!!! Everything was as we expected and the pictures reflected exactly what we saw when we arrived. It was very convienently located, very clean, beautifully decorated, and quiet:) The owners were very accomodating and helpful. Having a kitchen and washer and dryer for use was very nice. Very worth the money and we would highly recommend this property to anyone:) Our trip was awesome in every way!!! Can't wait to come back!

Very nice place, host was very responsive and helpful, even though it was very humid to the point the room smelled weird if you turned the AC off it was very comfortable and just what we needed

Maria & Nacho are AMAZING hosts. They gave us fresh eggs and fruit off their trees. SO friendly, felt like family. Nacho even cut down coconuts for fresh coconut water! Their place is beautiful, clean, and relaxing with comfy beds. Even though they live above, the house is made of concrete so you don't hear them at all. It's very private and nice. NOTES TO FUTURE GUESTS: - One bedroom is private, the other one you have to walk through from the main room to get to the bathroom and first bedroom. Maybe fine for families, but not 2 couples. AC is in the first bedroom. - You can't flush toilet paper. A bidet is provided, so it's totally doable (we did with 4 people). - Must turn off AC to use instant shower water heater. Water was nice and hot and good pressure, not an issue. There's a bakery is 5 mins away. Rio 7 Chorros is a beautiful waterfall and river you can explore and hike, only 20 mins away. We definitely would come back and visit Maria & Nacho! A great countryside stay.

Great condo in Palmas with really nice bedrooms. Would stay here again. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had!

Our stay was great. The place is easy to locate. The check in also easy. Very nice place with this lovely and welcoming feeling. Very clean and beautiful inside. Comfy bed. Host is very friendly and responsive. He made sure everything was perfect. The location is amazing. Close to everything. The check out easy and simple. I do want to mention the neighbors have a rooster that start singing very early in the morning before sunrise and goes way after sunrise. Not a deal breaker as everything else outweighs the rooster in my opinion.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the quality of the appartment with a close access to a private beach. We would recommend anyone to book, even for a longer stay !

location was perfect. condo was well stocked with supplies. José was very responsive to our questions.

It is a very quiet place, clean, spacious and with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing and taking a break from the city, it is a little retired to the tourist candles, generally we spent an hour or an hour and a half to go somewhere, but it is very welcoming, Mrs. Nyurka, always attentive and responsive... a thousand thanks
