It was a good weekend for the comfort we had, it's a nice area, everything very neat and clean.

The listing matched with the place. The house was spacious and clean. Price is fair for the accommodation. Accessing the residential was the only drawback as we kept having to show IDs/documents and explanations every time we went out and opening the car to get it reviewed.

More than happy and grateful with this home and your hosts! My family and I had a really nice weekend! The house is beautiful and clean!

It's a place that makes you feel right at home, the atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The house is well equipped and has everything to make the stay enjoyable. The residential is very quiet and safe. It's definitely a place I'll be back in future opportunities.

Ronald’s place was an absolute steal of a deal! We were more than comfortable. The coffee shop, bakery, pizza place, salon and corner store, just outside the gate, was very convenient. The ride to Antigua was usually quick and inexpensive. The kids loved the pool. I highly recommend staying at Ronald’s Airbnb!!

Gorgeous house and plenty of room for three couples. Amazing rooftop deck and back patio. We could walk everywhere and great restaurants nearby. Washer and dryer which is a rarity in Guatemala. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, breathtaking views, great location and overall, spectacular. Everything was exactly as shown in pictures. The gatekeeper, Daniel was friendly and very helpful. My family and I had a wonderful time!

This was a great stay, better than the pictures. It’s very close to the main area of town and there’s an ocean view from the patio, pool, and hammocks. It’s a 2 second walk to the beach, where you can catch sunrises and sunsets. AC in the bedrooms cut the heat at night and fans keep the air circulating during the heat of the day. Everything you need for a chill surf town vacation is within a ten minute walk.

The best house in El Paredon, the house keep it clean and well cared for, the jacuzzi on the last level is perfect for relaxing, it is close to everything and at the same time is a private environment, I would recommend it for anyone looking to spend good time with friends and/or family.

It was a very pleasant experience, by far the best host I have had, the instructions she gave us were very good and the concept of apartment within a mall gives chances to enjoy much more.

This place was beautiful. The peaceful environment and the AMAZING view were definitely worth it. Everything was as described and more. We really enjoyed out time here and would definitely love to be back. the kids had a great time at the pool, the lake and around the house. a beautiful place to rest, enjoy and to reset. We recommend this place.

Nice and private, there are quite a few beds The only negative would be that the light was going out every time but the guys in charge would arrive when one said them, I recommend investing in the electrical system of the house

It is a very nice place to share with friends and family, the very friendly host and the gentle caretaker is very friendly as well. It is a very well built house and it looks new. You can walk to the sea and it has a very nice view. The house and the pool clean.

Beautiful home with stunning views. Enma and her crew were courteous and awesome. 4x4 recommended to go up and down the hill. All though our stay was short my family and I really enjoyed the space.

I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

Clean, friendly small hotel with great personalized breakfast. Clear view of the volcano from our bed! This is out of the center so car, Tuk Tuk or Uber is needed

Adita is a really nice host. I only stayed one night at her place and it was a pleasure to meet her and to chat with her a little. She is very welcoming and uncomplicated. Her dog, Gadget, is so sweet. She has a beautiful garden. It was a pleasure for me to be there.

Cozy cabin, a natural atmosphere and beautiful views

Our stay at Karina’s beautiful airbnb was wonderful! Karina was extremely attentive and solving any issues we had. She even ensure we checked in smoothly in spite of our late arrival because of the flight. The views from the airbnb are stunning and our favorite area was the patio. We also felt extremely safe at all times.
