The apartment is great, exactly as pictured, super clean and has a little bit of everything, with all the accommodations that was quoted in the listing. Camila answers super fast if you have any questions. There is a mall very close by, it is possible to see it by the balcony, there is plenty of trade nearby to go out and eat.

I found the apartment cozy and that supplied my needs during the period I was staying. Cleo is a thoughtful host that usually answers any questions I had quickly. The apartment is located in a great condominium that has car parking spaces, a 25m pool and a rooftop gym and a mini-market that is open 24 hours.

Unspeakable! ✨ For as short as it is, the stay was perfect. Fátima is extremely attentive, in addition the space is very well organized and clean. The location is great too, I was close to restaurants, markets and even have a shopping mall literally next door. I have nothing to complain about, thank you again to Fátima and team, I hope to return soon. ☺️

I highly recommend Maria’s place for your next stay in São Paulo, if you are travelling solo or as a couple. The place is very well located near Avenida Paulista, close to several metro stations, excellent bakeries and restaurants and easy to walk to and from places also. It’s in a safe building at a high floor, with car parking available and very friendly and helpful staff at reception. The apartment itself is spacious, super clean and the pictures posted on the AirBnb site do it justice. Maria was an outstanding hostess, always replying to messages and any queries in less than 24 hours, and willing to accommodate my check in and check out times (pending circumstances, of course), which made it so much easier for me on my arrival after several hours on a plane and in traffic (it’s São Paulo, so nothing that can be done to avoid the long commute from the aiport into town!). I would easily choose Maria’s place to stay during my next visit, without a question.

very nice locale, had everything I needed, and it was 4 blocks from Allianz Park, where I went to the show. Super tranquil, I walked to the show and came back, well located, with bars and restaurants nearby. cozy, clean and well-equipped apartment. Hot water with gas heater. staff of the cordial building. I recommend.

Our stay was great! The building is very organized and the apartment was in great condition. The location is excellent. With a 5-minute walk, we reach Paulista Avenue. The host was also very helpful.

The house and condominium are excellent. The kitchen is the heart of the house and the very cozy room. The condominium is great and has several options to do.

Before closing the reservation, Antônio has already responded to us very promptly. The house is a dream, wonderful! It is difficult to list all the qualities, but very easy to say that we were very happy during our standard.
