Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Guarulhos

The house is very good and the stay was quiet. They were very attentive in the service, both the Brazilian Corner and the host - there is a team available every day to answer you and ask questions about the stay and the location. I recommend the rental of the house for the good service we have been provided, and this house in particular is legal to rest with friends and/or family (large groups). It is necessary to bring bedding, bath and items such as hair dryer. But the kitchen is very well equipped, with toaster, airfryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and many quality utensils. Another positive highlight is that the host has good indications of additional services such as barbecue, housekeeper, cook and nearby restaurants. We hired the separate kitchen/housekeeping service and the recommended people were great helping during the rental period.

Super affordable, with great hosts and flawless home. The heated pool made everyone have a lot of fun, outside that the leap, pool table, foosball table brought much more fun to the environment. We are already planning the next visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family really enjoyed the place. We were made to feel very welcome. The site is in a condominium, super safe, in addition to the convenience of having groceries and close sales, for possible needs. Sure is a great place to go with the family.

The apartment is exactly as described. Smelly bedding, table and bath linens. Clean toilets. Flat-screen, good for those who have a pet or children. So we miss the air-conditioning, the rest is ok. Elder has proven to be a good host: polite, kind, and helpful.

Airbnb serves the needs of the guests well because it is very well equipped, we wanted to spend the turn together and without muvuca and it worked super well and we still took advantage of the pool, Fernando very attentive and request… .otima stay, we will come back more often.

Cléo was a sweetheart from the beginning, she answered me promptly when I needed her, not to mention the space, INCREDIBLE... Extremely clean, smelling and a quiet to make taste. If I go back to guarulhos you can bet that I will look for the same apt.

Highly, highly recommend staying at João and Lucinda's well appointed place! They really went beyond with what they offer in their space with so many bonus items including a collection of cozy blankets, a large oscillating fan, tons of closet storage, large clothes drying rack and a variety of pillows just to name a few. João and Lucinda were super gracious hosts and very quick to respond with extra details. The building is highly secure with friendly folks who let you in and also can secure your luggage in a locked up area. Location was close to many things including a large supermarket, restaurants, local attractions, retail stores and minutes away from the popular Rua Oscar Freire. The cleanliness and upkeep was superb, no signs of wear and tear with anything. The area was quiet and had a nice balcony with seating. Really enjoyed staying at this place for a week and would definitely stay there again!

Very nice place in a beautiful and lively neighbourhood! Very safe due to 24h security. If you don’t speak Portuguese, make sure to mention Airbnb to the security guard when you check in. That should make the process a bit smoother.

This is my third time staying there. The district has become trustworthy for me whenever I need to be in the neighborhood of Santo Amaro. Good locality (close to two subway stations), great condominium with very educated staff, the hosts are very kind as well. If I have another appointment in the region, I will certainly consider going back to the apt.
