The space is quite organized, airy and, above all, comfortable. The environment offers all the items we need – even items to make coffee in the afternoon (my favorite part♡). It all matched expectations and I would definitely indicate, as I would return easily. I loved it!

Sena was a great host, always willing to help with the questions I had, the super clean ap and all the things that were listed. I loved the stay and I will return to Belém and stay there more often. Thanks a lot 🤭

Camila was an extremely kind and swift host in communication. Village has given us tips on places to visit, as well as indicating nearby restaurants to hold meals. The neighborhood is well located and has a good chain of supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We had a small setback with the minibar, which burned, but Camila resolved the issue promptly. The apartment is large, pleasant and well organized. The kitchen installed on the balcony does not wet with the rain and watch out for small meals.

Denise was super attentive and helpful from the first contact. It was flexible and we negotiated a half a day, due to the arrival time of our flight. She gave all the instructions in advance on how to access the site. It is a kitnet, on the first floor of a house, but with total privacy. It does not have many windows, but it has air-conditioning. The neighborhood is super quiet, pleasant and with several services nearby. You can walk to the basilica of Our Lady of Nazareth.

Second time I stay at Marcos's house! I will return whenever I can. There is only one caveat: both the other time and this time, the gatekeepers of the building are very confusing and we have to make the initial identification every time, even if you leave and between several times in the same day and be the same doorman and have your information that had already been passed by the host. But with a little patience, everything settles down. Besides that, everything perfect!! I recommend!

The apartment comfortably fits 3 people, and can have the room as a point to bring everyone together. The building's pool is also bacaninha and the staff attentive. Very close to the mall and access to restaurants. From Uber we arrived quickly at the locations. I recommend hosting

My stay was perfect. The apartment is close to the Vila Maguari Cultural Park a very beautiful tourist point of Ananindeua. In addition, the property is very comfortable and functional. I was very well served by the hosts and always very well accessed. The location is great and perfect for those who need public transportation, as some bus lines that lead to downtown Belém pass in front. Very quiet also for requesting transportation by app. Indico o apt and when you need again I will look for it.

I loved the place, cozy, clean, beautiful and safe. I was very welcome. I hope to come back more often.

We stayed 1 week due to a scientific event at UFPA, the flat is well equipped, large and comfortable. It has easy access to a supermarket, check-in and answers are fast, access to UFPA, dock station and surroundings around 10 to 25 minutes by car. We did not get access to the pool due to the fact that it is under maintenance.

The Marielle estate is very nice, well-equipped apartment, clear, clean and organized access instructions. The apartment has a large balcony, good internet and impeccable cuisine. The condominium has two rooftop hydro-massages, an area with a beautiful panoramic view of the city, and a fantastic academy upstairs. Very polite building staff as well. Marielle also responds very quickly to messages and is quite professional. The photos correspond with the apartment It has cold AC and warm shower. Adorei, would return. The price was very fair.

The stay here on the 30th floor was perfect! Breathtaking view, we had the privilege of watching the most beautiful sunset in the world right from the balcony.
