Cottage vacation rentals in Guadeloupe

Anita and Henri are lovely hosts! Welcoming, responsive, unobtrusive, and at the same time kind to their hosts. The cottage is as described and the hot tub is very nice when returning from the beach. I highly recommend this rental to book without second thought.

The place and the setting taked you back to tranquility and nature. The view of the forest and the ocean is one of a kind. Driving up to the location is quite the adventure. The roads are steep, beprepared. We also enjoyed a home cooked dinner delivered to our villa by the hosts. The coconut chicken and the creme Brule were delicious! As a side note, make sure to bring your own shower gel and shampoo.

The place perfectly matched what we were looking for: being quiet, close to nature on a small island. The hot tub is a real plus to relax after a busy day The interior and equipment are very clean, modern and functional. Dominique's parents who live far away are very friendly and available while leaving all privacy. We recommend!

Beautiful atypical accommodation in a wonderful garden in the heart of nature. The mill is very pleasant to stay and the welcome of our hosts is perfect. Renaud and Olivier do everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend it !

Fabulous stay. Comfortable lodge, in the middle of nature in a lush garden. Big bonus: the private hot tub after the ascent of the Soufriere, a short walk away… another small bonus, the night tour of an adorable raccoon. We would have stayed there!

A really fantastic apartment with great location and views. We stayed here for three nights and especially enjoyed the time on the terrace, as well as snorkeling at the nearest beach.

The location for a coastal and forest tour is perfect for this part of the island. For a pleasant accommodation, it is full of life (iguana, hummingbird, sugar tree, etc.) and vegetation. In a private space, the pool is very suitable and goes very well to the 3 bedroom accommodation with each its own shower and toilet area 👍 The main shops are within walking distance and I thank Alexandra for her advice for car rental. Looking forward to coming back if our vacation takes us back to beautiful Gwada 😀

Huge favorite! 🧡 We booked this place a little by chance, without realizing that it was in Terre-de-Bas (and not in Terre-de-Haut - the most visited island) so we were a little worried at first but we have no regrets, quite the contrary! 😍 If you are in the situation of saying to yourself, should we book this place because it is in Terre-de-Bas, a tip: go for it while it is still available! 🏝️ Kaz Anoli simply has the best view you can find on Les Saintes! It's not an exaggeration, you have to see it to believe it! The accommodation is beautiful, all wooden, perfectly located, equipped and Pierre is a very caring host.✨ Terre-de-Bas was also a revelation for us, beautiful and deserted beaches at all hours! The island community is friendly, welcoming and caring. Few restaurants but excellent! In short, go for it ☀️ ps: pétanque players, come and compete with Pierre and… Good luck

We had a fabulous 2-week holiday in St Francois! Claire (the building manager) was super helpful, suggested a great day tour operator and even assisting us with a flat tire during our stay!! Top tip: make sure your rental car has a can of “fix a flat” spray in it - it is €8 that will save your whole trip on an island with plenty of bad roads to destroy your tires! The villa was as described. For being as open to the garden as it is there were surprisingly few bugs. The pool is gorgeous, we were in it all the time. The only thing I wish I had known in advance was that July in Guadeloupe is so hot and humid that ANY length of walk is too long of a walk. So “distance to the nearest beach” is basically irrelevant - you will want to drive anyway!

We traveled to 12 with family and received a very warm welcome from Didier and Claudio. Accommodation is as described, and very well-equipped. The children were able to make the most of the pool. We had a dream stay, in a quiet and peaceful place, close to many places to discover, the rental of a car is however essential . The little plus, we had a great evening at the table d 'hôte at Didier's! We unanimously recommend the listing, and would love to come back for a future trip.

Every morning we would get up and have our coffee on the terrace by the pool and gaze at the beautiful ocean, the cool breeze blowing through the flowering bushes and trees. This villa was paradise.Spacious, relaxing and perfectly situated for a zen-like beach holiday. It is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. I highly recommend this excellent property.

Very good stay at Luc's. Well equipped, clean and convivial house. Luc was available if needed. I enjoyed the gestures of attention. Fruits and rum that I enjoyed well. it's worth a visit and I definitely go back.

We had a great time in an idyllic setting. Jacqueline and her husband welcome us very warmly. Jacqueline is considerate, available and provides very good advice. The place is quiet, relaxing and very well located for quick access to the whole island. We can't wait to come back😉.

We wanted to start our stay in Guadeloupe with a few days on Basse Terre to discover the untamed wilderness. We were delighted with our choice at Stéphane's! The accommodation is surrounded by nature, surrounded by plants and with a superb sea escape. We had just arrived and we really felt like we were on vacation! Stéphane welcomed us perfectly with nice little touches as a bonus. In short, 2 excellent nights with family with our parents and children aged 8 and 12! We recommend it!

Apartment at height that allows you to enjoy a superb view of Les Saintes. The terrace allows you to fully enjoy it. Friendly and available host.

Loic's big house was a beautiful discovery. An old-fashioned house and just a stone's throw from a beautiful little beach. The house has everything you need, air conditioning, large spaces inside and outside, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Definitely suitable for more people (I was alone!) considering that it is very big. Christiane picked me up at the port and took me back and allowed me to check out late. Everything was beautiful, the only thing I recommend to future guests is to put insecticide under the main front door, from there some cockroaches come in. It's normal, we're in a garden, but it's enough to keep them away.

My daughter and I had an unforgettable stay at "Dani" 's place. She is a very endearing person but nevertheless discreet. We felt "as a family" the accommodation is exactly as we wanted; very comfortable, with an exceptional view and environment with direct access to the sea and the park. The bedding is excellent, the kitchen and bathroom very well equipped. Like at home and even better😃. Lulled by the trade winds

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home, a real corner of paradise nestled in a well-kept tropical park. The terrace is huge, with an outdoor kitchen and a beautiful view of the greenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the place. Stephan, the owner, was kind and helpful, preparing everything we needed for our 6-month-old son and welcoming us with a great dinner the evening of our arrival. Attention that we really appreciated! If you are looking for a secluded place surrounded by nature, but also in a strategic location to explore Grand Terre, this house is the perfect choice. The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the place… we can only recommend it!
