Great house in a lovely family friendly area. Very easy to get to airport and into the centre of Madrid by metro or bus.

Attentive hosts, impeccable house with all the appliances for a family trip, towels, blankets... general heating, very comfortable stay, we were even warm and had to turn it off, location 28 min to Warner Park, quite close. I recommend it 100%

Large and cozy house, Rubén is kind and very attentive from the first moment. Everything was very clean , there was nothing missing!!!

If I'm back in Toledo, my first option would be Agnieszka's house. Everything was perfect. You have the feeling of being in a good hotel, not an "apartment". There are more equipment and details that are not described. I recommend staying in this spectacular townhouse, new, tastefully decorated, very comfortable. Summary, 10 out of 10. Congratulations Agnieszka.

Very comfortable accommodation in a quiet area, you can rest wonderfully. Everything is just as it appears in the announcement. Mercedes is a great host, responds quickly and makes sure everything is okay. To repeat without a doubt.

the house great, much better than the photos, has a patio mogollón. We went to spend an end of the year there a group of 9 people and we were at home, we had a lot of intimacy and since there were not many houses nearby we could be inside the house with music with no problem disturbing any neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds with a lot of blankets that were super warm. Marco and his family are very friendly, we will definitely come back in summer so we can enjoy the patio and the pool

Very cool place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, with markets and restaurants nearby. If you’re like me, you’ll read all the reviews. There is plenty of warmth in the house, we were never cold. If a large group is coming, you do need to monitor the use of hot water, recommend using cold water for everything else and conserving hot water for showers. We were a group of 8, had plenty of space to sleep and areas to spend quality time. The game room/gym was our favorite place! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’d gladly stay here again.

The space was perfect! Clean, well arranged, good location close to the metro and Retiro Park. We spent 5 days there as a family of 6, private parking is a plus with direct access to the house. It is quiet, comfortable: nothing to say, matches the photos, I recommend it!

For the first time, experience the local neighborhood, although it is the first time to visit Madrid, but to live in a local area is also a different experience, it can clearly feel that the area is relatively clean, safe, relative to the middle class area, and the dirt difference in certain areas of the city really contrast, the design of the industrial wind is really bright, and a lot of materials are used for waste, you can see the host's insistence on the concept of sustainable environmental protection

It was noticeable that they had paid a lot of attention to details, which made our stay even more comfortable. Also, everything was new, which made the atmosphere modern and cozy. We had a great family weekend. The house had everything, Ana and Alberto were very attentive.

This was a great stay for my friends and I. The place was big and private. Conveniently located by the metro. The only thing we found weird was that there are two security cameras on the inside of the property. The listing was very roundabout in describing that.

Nice and practical accommodation a few minutes from downtown. Surrounded by all kinds of shops, pharmacy...etc. The hosts were very attentive and flexible with the check-in and check-out times. We'll be back soon! best regards.

The quality is great for the price. We came for Madrid. Since we were traveling by car, this place was an affordable accommodation option where width, cleanliness, price/performance, and distance from the city chaos were blended. It was a good experience.
