Everything was excellent, the bed was very comfortable. The position in the city is unbeatable, well communicated. Supermercados and restaurants nearby. I also really liked the style of the site, with numerous statues and paintings. Highly recommended!

Perfect area and quiet area

Luis’s place was awesome! It had everything I needed and even more! If you are planning to hang around Andares, Providencia, heck, even downtown Guadalajara. This place it’s literally 5 - 30 minutes or less from those locations. The area around the place is very safe. There are multiple restaurants and clubs. If you’re absolutely very sensitive to noise, perhaps you won’t like it. Nevertheless, as I said, you have to be very sensitive to loud noises. Although, the loudest days you would perhaps experience would be Friday and Saturday. But it is not terrible. Again, this place is awesome. Nobody is going to bother you. The check in and out was the easiest thing ever. And overall, I give Luis’s place a 10/10.

Good place and with an excellent location

Excellent place to get there, very close to Expo Guadalajara as you can get there by walking and taking into account that you have an oxxo and a starbucks on the way. Everything is very clean and according to the photos of the app. I recommend it

The place was excellent ! Great location, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Lot's to do very close by, and easy to get to places around the City. Hosts were very responsive ant attentive to our needs; very easy to communicate. Neighborhood was very safe, we had no issues. Thank You !

The place was in a prime location, but with all prime locations, you could hear some traffic and the partying from the master bedroom (specifically the weekend). That said, the location was central to Col Americana and it was easy and safe to get around day and night with lots of restaurants. There initially wasn't enough towels but the host was able to get some to me the very next day so I was extremely appreciative of that. The gym on the 15th floor was very spacious and comfortable to work around for a quick morning workout before starting the day. Front desk did their part to ensure the check-in was smooth.

Very comfortable, safe and centrally located, with everything within reach. The building has a nice terrace overlooking the city. Suddenly it can be a little noisy because of the proximity of the bars and the continuous passage of ambulances, but it is not a matter of the apartment itself, but the area where it is located. The attention of the host and the cleaning lady is very kind.

The space was very comfortable to stay at. Felt save to leave stuff at the apartment. Oscar was friendly and had all the instructions very well layed out!

This place is just like the pictures, it’s very centrally located close to most important things to do in GDL. The only issue is the master bedroom AC is not enough for the room it gets pretty hot. And the outside noise also very loud during the night and early morning, overall it’s worth the price and very nice and clean.

Positive comments: : Good value for the price of the apartment rental. Apartment was close to Zoo and Huentitan canyon for hiking. It was also close to the Plaza with lots of shopping stores like Sam’s, Aurrera and others. It was fun to go there for Christmas shopping. Apartment was clean when I arrived and we left it cleaner when we checked out, at 11:57AM , than when we arrived. It was great that the Apartment had very 2 large TV Flat Screens for watching Netflix, videos, movies and current event news. As much as I enjoyed staying there, want to share that the neighborhood is transitioning from older small town feel to new condos development. However, the area or location of the apartment is very dark at night and possibly some Uber drivers may be nervous to come the address. Uber drivers cancelled me several times. Lastly, The check-in instructions translated from AirBnb read confusing , therefore I was confused about resetting the front door lock instructions.

Clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. Excellent for two people. It is small but more than enough to be comfortable two people. It's hot in the evenings, but with Air Conditioning there is no problem to be comfortable. Work remotely on my stay without any problem, the internet is very stable and good speed. Super accessible to get downtown. 100% I recommend it and would stay there again.

The apartment was exactly as we expected, the location was perfect for our needs. There was an issue with the gas on check in, but Silvia was able to handle it very quickly and was very responsive.

Great small apartment in the Americana section a 20 minute walk west of the Zocolo. Lots of good restaurants and activities, good public transportation. Best bed ever!
