Thanks Josip and his family for great hospitality, perfect apartment and friendly communication. Location as for us the best in Ulcinj, and beach is nearby, cleaning is perfect, no problems with any offered staff, very good for any kind of guests needs from working to rest. We are enjoyed our long term staying and will definitely recommend this hotel. Best wishes for future upgrading LaCasa with restaurant. Hope some day we will see you again;)

We were travelling from Tirana airport, the owner was cool, replying pretty fast on massages, the apartment was MEGA cool, clean, cozy. Bad thing is wild dog which always tried to bite my sister and a bit noise road near, and could be problem with parking but it's literally only minuses. Apartment is close to beach and markets, and 15 min from city center by car. I totally recommend it for new clients !

The host was very responsive and friendly. Always ready to sort out whatever issues we had. The villa itself was very spacious and clean.

It was all good! We will be happy to come back! The apartment is very harmonious and artistically designed, the location is perfect, the cleanliness was very tidy. We needed an iron and ironing board and wrote to the owner for it, he responded immediately and brought us everything we needed. There is a convenient supermarket, hairdresser, bakery, etc. ... everything is within walking distance! All in all, it's worth the money and only recommended! A large wardrobe mirror in the anteroom would have been perfect. The bathroom is kept a little small, yet it was completely sufficient for us. We are very happy to have spent our vacation in this apartment!

It was absolutely great in the apartment! We got a free upgrade for the room from the hostess and thus enjoy a wonderful view of the whole beach as well as the city. The cleanliness was top. What I want to highlight is for dog owners: please always come here with your loved ones! Absolutely pet friendly! I can also only praise the host for her absolute loving and helpful manner!

First time visiting Albania and the apartment was everything we needed and more, a great location right on the beach, on the 5th floor so guaranteed wonderful sea views too, fab communication from host and Spiranca restaurant next door serves up lovely seafood dishes, we hired a car for 5 days to explore other places, Kruje, Berat, Himare, cape of rodon, Golem, really enjoyed, the people of Albania were very friendly, helpful and courteous, we had a great time, thank you Grei.

Excellent stay in this peaceful and very quiet place. The house in the middle of the olive trees is really nice. Hosts were extremely charming and helpful. For example, they allowed us to use the electrical outlet in the garden to charge our electric vehicle at night, which was a plus for us, as there were not very many charging stations in the area. An appreciable saving of time for our stay. We recommend this property.

The apartment was very beautiful, even better than what we expected. Everything was clean and the response was very quick. We even got a recommendation for where to eat, that place ended up being one of the better places on this trip. We can definitely recommend others to go and stay here. If we come to Albania and Durres again we will absolutely check with them again.
