Vacation rentals in Grosse Tete

We enjoyed our stay- loved the back windows overlooking the water and the porch swings on the dock - my husband fished and I read! loved watching the ducks and pelicans fly in! So peaceful and relaxing! Definitely a GREAT place to stay! Very Clean!

The property was beautiful, amazing place to relax away from the city. We loved lounging on the porch and by the pool. The hospitality extended by the hosts was so kind, and we felt very welcomed. Would definitely recommend!

I think this is the 3rd time we have stayed there, I'm not certain as it is the only place we want to stay when we are in town. Exceptionally clean and peaceful. She is always super responsive. This is the only place my husband wants to stay at. Another great weekend as always!

We found ourselves needing a place to celebrate one of life's great milestones, and we only had 2 days to book something. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I wasn't prepared to step through the front door into another time & place. The place was inviting & comfortable with a hint of whimsy. We loved ALL of the spaces. Our favorite was the flow of living space to outdoor space. The outdoor space overlooking the Bayou Teche with the gorgeous copper colored cypress, provided a beautiful backdrop for our photographs. Thank you for everything!

The Cabin on Bayou Petite Anse was awesome. From the Bayou to the very well manicured grounds to the spacious converted socializing space below the Cabin to the wonderfully designed living space in the Cabin, all was perfect. Patti is a great hostess and a delight to work with. WELL DONE PATTI WELL DONE CABIN ON BAYOU PETITE ANSE!

This house was everything we needed. It was large and spacious. It was very clean and we enjoyed the pool table and extra games. It was close to our family we were visiting.

Wow, all I can say is wow. This house is like living inside of a museum. It is huge and filled with absolutely museum quality furnishings. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were in town for a funeral. We will look for this house again when we travel back to southern Louisiana. Pictures don't do it justice. Also, it is on a large piece of property next to Bayou Teche. The enormous old oak trees are just beautiful and majestic. The furniture is just exquisite. If you are looking for a place near Jeanerette, this is well worth the money. The host was so responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay! Everything was as stated, we were very pleased with how well stocked the house and dock was. Great fun, and relaxing time all in one! Five stars!
