Apartment vacation rentals in Greve in Chianti

I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Caterina was an excellent host. Our arrival was delayed by several hours and we arrived much later than arranged. We kept Caterina informed by texting; she replied immediately and met us outside the apartment without any complaint and was very hospitable. There is no noise in the apartment! An old stone building with thick walls and windows/doors open to a delightful courtyard. To be in the centre of Firenze in such an oasis of calm and quiet was a luxury. The apartment is as shown in the photos. An efficient power shower in the bathroom which is ensuite to the delightful main large bedroom. I like a hard rather than soft bed but this one was on the hard end of hard for me, but we are all different. You can walk easily to all the main museums etc. If you want to take a bus, stops are within 50 yards of the apartment and you pay by just swiping a credit card as you board - so easy.

Sonia’s place made us feel right at home! She was flexible with check in and was sure to provide us with detailed instructions and directions to reach the location. Sonia provided many local recommendations from attractions to restaurants and she was so knowledgeable which was very helpful. She was always available and helpful for random questions that we had throughout our stay. Sonia knows the bus system very well and assisted us with this as well which was amazing! The place was cozy and unique and she helped with the heat when it had gotten colder than expected! A great stay for our short trip!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Self check-in was very helpful for us and Lorenzo sent us all details. Everything was fine. Thank you!

Natascha was incredibly friendly and easy to contact. The apartment is just like the photos, and right by the train so it was easy to get around. The bed may be small for some, but my best friend and I were able to sleep on it together just fine. Had a great stay!

Beautiful view, very warm, very comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to everything, but surprisingly peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

Amalia and her husband are two wonderful people. They welcomed us in a friendly and friendly way, making themselves available for every need. They are very attentive to details and have made the stay really comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Very well equipped apartment. It was very clean. Just at the border of Ztl zone. So park your car at Fortezza carpark. Leo was very helpful

Via Vigna Nuova 17 exceeded our expectations as all of the areas in the survey. We could not have been happier with the apartments. Having washing machines was perfect for our needs. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do in Florence, to include several great restaurants. Gaia & Pietro's instructions (to include pictures) were extremely helpful. Our time in Florence was so memorable and a lot of that had to do with the wonderful accommodations.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

Marco and Beatrice's apartment is amazing, super modern, with everything you need for a carefree stay in Siena, they always answered questions super fast, and check-in was simple and fast. The only negative point we could find was that the heating was controlled by them. You had to ask them to turn it on and they turned it off in the morning when they wanted, and with the cold in the morning the apartment was still frozen and we had no way to control the temperature, but the rest was amazing.

We appreciated the opportunity to stay at Alessandro’s beautiful place. Plenty of room and the bedrooms / bathrooms were perfect. Enjoyed time up in the patio and the view of the beautiful Duomo. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere! Thank you Alessandro for your hospitality.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at MEA Casa! The house is stunning, and the surrounding views are simply breathtaking. Martin and Elena were incredibly welcoming and offered fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back!

The entire property was absolutely wonderful – from the location to the overall living experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, showing great care and hospitality from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. On my arrival, the host thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of wine, plenty of fresh fruits, and some delicious chocolate pastries – such a warm and generous gesture that made me feel instantly comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, I would wake up feeling refreshed and grateful, as sunlight poured into the rooms – it was simply beautiful. I genuinely loved my time here, and whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Such an awesome place to stay in the heart of Florence! It was like sleeping in our very own museum, and the bed was sooo comfy. Book it!

We stayed here with our family for two months. In the meantime, the host was very kind, thoughtful, prompt, and accurate in responding to our needs. That made our life in Siena very peaceful, relaxing and stable. In addition, thanks to Nadia and Alexandro, who always kept the house tidy and clean, we enjoyed the comfort of checking in for the first two months. I was so grateful that I felt at home for two months and was able to stay without lacking anything. Also, as described by the host, there are supermarket conad 2 minutes away, delicious pizza restaurants and restaurants, and places to shop nearby. There is a taxi stop right in front of the house, and there is an intercity bus stop 7 minutes away, so it was very useful. We are looking to book here again next year. ♡ I'll never forget the beautiful and lovely little garden.

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.
