Chris place was close by everything definitely will book again. Neighbor hood very peaceful and quiet .

The house was perfect for our family. It was clean, comfy and a great place to sleep. Keep in mind that the house is just outside Greenville, so you’re not going to walk to ECU or downtown (that’s not a complaint…just a fact). We absolutely recommend it if you’re in the area.

This quant house on a very quiet street. Everything was great but, maybe a memory foam mattress topper. Other than that worth every penny and location was close to shopping and restaurants. Add ceiling fan in spare bedroom or provide a table top fan. Helen was great at communicating with me. Nice place to stay

Matthew and Adrienne, Thank you so much for accommodating our group of 4 adults and two tiny pups on such short notice. We were visiting in laws from out of state on a very short notice. This home met our needs perfectly. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and yummy snacks. Such a thoughtful touch! We hosted a mini-early-Thanksgiving with our in town family. The kitchen was MORE than fully stocked! We brought so much from home, next expecting the kitchen to have everything we needed. Hands down, the best kitchen from any Airbnb or VRBO we have ever rented. Matthew was super responsive; he communicated consistently from before we got there until after we left. We could not have asked for a better home or hosts. Thank you!

To say The Best of New Bern is incredible, is selling it short. It is, without a doubt, the BEST Airbnb in which I have stayed. From the moment we opened the front door, we knew it was truly a magical place. We were greeted with beautiful Christmas decorations and soft Christmas music playing in the living room. The house looked a smelled so clean. The furniture was comfortable, the beds were amazing and there were more personal touches than I can even begin to describe. From the water in the fridge to the blankets draped across the sofas, (just like home) to the q-tips and hair ties in the bathrooms, the house had everything we needed and so much more. Yip is a FANTASTIC host. She was communicative from check in to check out. When 1/2 the city lost power, she was quick to respond to my query and stayed in touch until the power was restored. I honestly can't say enough good things about the house or Yip. Thank you Yip & Brent for an absolutely wonderful weekend.

We had an awesome time staying at Ellen's Ell Hotel in the Lone Ranger Retreat! Well equipped, appointed and you can't beat the walk-ability of Downtown Washington! Comfy cozy bedding and seating made even more magical with the Christmas decor and lights on Main Street. We hosted another couple and we had a blast partaking in all the offerings of galleries, pubs, restaurants, dancing, playing....all within walking distance of our Airbnb! Ellen is an exemplary host, easy to communicate and very accommodating! This will be our "go to" when hosting friends from out of town. I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was peaceful, and quiet. I loved the old furniture. You can tell everything is very well taken care of. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. Christie made us feel welcome with her proactive instructions, making sure we got in okay. The place was spotless, furniture fun and comfortable. We rented both the over the garage apartment and main house for a family get together. Both locations were great and served our purposes well. The view of New Bern across the river was beautiful all day and so convenient to get to restaurants and shopping in downtown New Bern. The units both had great games and were very well stocked. We will seriously consider returning for future stays.

This apartment was a great stay. David was very responsive and the studio was very clean. Secluded and private area. A lot of little niceties in the apartment that made things very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this apartment for 8 weeks while I was on a clinical rotation for school. It had all I needed and everything was in great condition. Michael was responsive to any questions or issues extremely quickly and helped me when my plans changed suddenly. Great location, so close to the waterfront and to several great breweries and restaurants!

I would have given this place 10 stars if I could. Everything was perfect. Stanton and Beth were very responsive and immediately responded to all the questions I had and gave me clear instructions upon arrival and leaving. I would recommend this place for anyone who is trying to feel at home in Greenville.

Our third stay in this area and each place has been unique & convenient. The space was clean and things were easily found. The screen porch was peaceful. The bed is a bit akward and I can imagine it would be difficult for larger people. Fairfiled Harbour is always loveley with great walking, nice residents and amenities. New Bern proper is just a 15 minute drive full of things to do and see.

Our stay was for a full month in the summer and a combination vacation and work trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable home away from home! Corey was extremely responsive and attentive to minor attentions needed in the beginning with the air conditioning system and Alexa setup. He even went the extra step to drop off a pair of scissors he learned I needed. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless and well-documented. The furniture, appliances and decor are plentiful, modern and appealing. The board games and books are a nice touch, and one that we took advantage of. I especially liked the comfy beds/mattresses and the amount of bedding, blankets, and linens available! Adjusting from a single-family home to (compact and sometimes noisy) condo life for the month took a bit, but Corey and Jordan's home had all of the finishing touches to settle us right in.

A beautiful space in a beautiful place. One of the best private patios in New Bern although Front street can get a little loud. We will be returning and look forward to seeing Robbie and Dotty again.

David’s place was fantastic! The location could not be better: close to all that downtown New Bern has to offer. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything that we needed, and the apartment is lovely. As others have mentioned, you need to be able to climb stairs. The off-street reserved parking spot isn’t terribly convenient—but grab a spot right out front for unloading and loading your car. We didn’t find this to be a problem. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfection! Julie was an amazing host, thinking of the little things even before we arrived. She was quick to respond when needed and helpful all the way! The snacks and drinks on hand at arrival were great and a perk I did not know we needed until we arrived. The co do itself was wonderful. We felt right at home, and the space was cozy and beautifully decorated. My wife and I got away for a peaceful weekend and this condo was the root of that peacefulness! Even standing in the parking lot the first morning there was a sense of calm and easiness, which was made even better when we stood in the main room and looked out the window into the woods beside the home. The shower was great; the bed was comfortable; and the amenities were all we could ask for. I highly recommend staying here and I know we will do so again me day soon!

This was a great place to stay for the weekend! There was an issue upon check-in but they responded quickly and solved the problem immediately. Very thankful for such easy communication!
